I purchased for the first time from Amerimark two loungers for my mother. The loungers were supposed to be $9.99 each as it appeared on the screen. When I printed the order the loungers were $14.99 each. When I tried to contact customer service, they told me that they would issue a refund and not charge the incorrect amount to my credit card. That was not the case. They charged my credit card full price and have not issued a refund. The customer service representative was very helpful the first time and got disconnected and when I called back I had to go through the whole scenario again with another representative who was very rude. I will never order from this company again. Bad feeling and suggest you throw their flyers away when you receive them in the mail.

I love Amerimark! They have great, affordable prices and products and I've never had a billing, product or shipping issue. And, since I have credit with them, it's easy to use, I don't have to put items on a high interest credit card. The only thing is, you can't pay online which would be super convenient.

ordered 3 items on 7/23/12. received it today 9/12/12. can't believe how long it took for items to arrive when the items were in stock at time of ordering. this is 100 times worse than having an international delivery. when i contacted customer service, i was told (with an attitudy voice) that the items shipped on 7/26/12 thru usps. postal service does not take almost 2 months to deliver. they were obviously lying. this company SUCKS! i just don't get how long it takes for them to ship. absolutely ridiculous that it took almost 2 months!!!!!!!!

I ordered some vitamins on 9/8/11. Order didn't ship til 9/19 due to backorder. Since so much time went by before my order was fulfilled, I called to get a tracking number. Customer service rep said that the track number was available but there was no information, and yet, the order was shipped 5 days ago (business days). I asked her if she knew why the tracking number wasn't working. I needed to have an idea of when the product was going to arrive because I was running out. She made no apologies and told me "I don't know what to tell you, if you want you can call Fedex". Her tone was rude and she obviously has no business in customer service. I'm a mild mannered person, not a demanding customer, so I'm not sure why she responded with such rudeness.

First time purchase so waiting to see if the above horror stories are accurate. What I didnt like is that when they give you the total it includes something like...."Priority replacement of lost/damaged merchandise".....Well if they provide good customer service why should I be paying them to get PRIORITY care if THEY lost or damaged it? I would think in a good business they would want to make it right without charging me an "insurance fee", if there was a problem. Yes, only 99 cents, but to me it is just poor business.....When I asked them about it they pulled the fee, but they dont say anything unless you do. These things put me on alert that this is not a good business. When will companies learn they cant ripe off people and stay in business for the long term. Ever wonder why Nordstrom has been around so long Amerimark?

Buyer Beware!! Like many catalog products their's are not very good. I ordered a cooling pad($25.00) that doesn't cool. Customer service called me, I told them my problem, they said they would credit am card. Then comes a series of e mails with different instructions on returns. To make a long story I got ripped off for the $25.00.

I ordered two flannel loungers that are periodically advertised in our Sunday newspaper. I always wash items before I wear them, and I could not believe the condition of these items when they were removed from the dryer. My dryer lint catcher was absolutely FULL of lint that came off of these loungers. I had washed them by themselves, so all the lint was theirs. I tried them on and they had shrunk about 2 inches in length and were absolutely shapeless. They looked all nubby like they had been worn for years. I called customer service, but their only response was to tell me I could return them. My first instinct was to return them, but the cost of return postage made it not worth my while. I tried three times to post negative comments on the items, but apparently negative feedback is not allowed. It never showed up. I don't know about their other products, but based on the quality of these loungers, I would never buy anything else from this company. The price is cheap, but that's what you get, cheap.

Love to buy shoes here. They have a good selection, lots of brand names, and the clearance section always has a nice selection of shoes at great prices. Right now they have free shipping on the site through December.

I went through shop.com and they listed the price at 99.98 and when I went to amerimark they listed 129.99 and said it was instock. After 7 days i checked the tracking site and showed it had not shipped yet. I then checked called and they said it shipped on the 17th. I rechecked the tracking on sept 28th and it still showed in stock not shipped.I then called on the phone and was told it was still being processed. I told them to cancel the order and she said she could not cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she came back and said the supervisor said it was being shipped from the manufacturer and would take 4 to 6 weeks. It will come from china.I told her to cancel the order and i would not accept delivery, I would notify my credit card company to not accept the charg.

This is the first time that I shopped at amerimark...I got my earrings on time and I found that customer service has been very nice and helpful. I wish that I did not have to pay for return shipping though. The prices for their jewelry seem fair and clearance prices are great...I am disappointed with the clip on earrings because the clip on piece hangs too low below the ear lobe..The dangle earrings were very nice.

The shipping was awful, after 15 days I placed the order still did not received the item. Customer service did not know where the package was and find out to ship via USPS from Cleveland, OH(where the company is located) to Cleveland, OH it takes more than 2 weeks (that is absurd). Horrible experience. Their sizes are way off and when I called for return shipping instructions I was told I am responsible for return shipping charges. AVOID this "store" at all costs.
They are ignorant and foolish people. Slow shipping, poor quality and sizes are not correct. Order from them and you will experience the bad side of online purchasing. Never Again!!

cheaper then most stores. The clothes are good quality
and the service was great. I will keep ordering from them,

Never buy from here. Three weeks after the order it is still not received. Must call cust service and wait for a long time to speak to a person. The rep advises to call back in another week.

I was looking for some dresses for my elderly mother on amerimark.com. I found some that I really liked but I had to get off my computer before I ordered them. When I went back to order them I forgot where I found them. I called customer service and they quickly helped me find the dresses that I described to them. I placed the order and my mother loved the dresses! Overall, it was a very good experience.

I ordered the OWL Optical Wallet Light from Amerimark.com. It was the best price I had seen on the web by far. I don't frequently shop online, but amerimark.com was very easy to use. My OWL came a few days before it was scheduled. I had a great experience with Amerimark and I am planning on shopping there again in the near future!

I was looking for the perfect gift for my grandmother's birthday and I found it on amerimark.com. I ordered Estee Lauder's White Linen Breeze Spray, my grandmother's favorite. It was one of the best prices I found on the Web. The checkout process on amerimark.com was easy and the shipping options were clearly stated. I received an email when it shipped and received it on time. My grandmother couldn't have been happier when she opened the package.

I recently purchased the chocolate fondue fountain from amerimark.com for a party I was having. The product arrived ahead of schedule and was as described on the site. I ordered 3 bottles of the same cologne. For some reason they shipped one bottle separately and the other two bottles arrived 5 days later! And none of the bottles had caps/lids/tops on them. What is that about?? Unacceptable. And to make matters worse they sent me the WRONG item. So now I have to go to the post office, wasting my time and money.
