This was the worst experience I have ever had. The salesperson was negligent and almost shipped the lift to the wrong place. he upslod me on a lift that I did not need. he did not really listen to what I was saying I was shorted parts that he asked me to do something about. He was late in getting me plans. I could go on but Amerilift is not my choice ever again and I hope it will not be yours.

I have never in my life have been treated so badly as a customer. it was ol happy day when you were a prospect, but when you were a customer well lets just say it was miserable. Angie's list is my next stop..

I am happy with the Rave Stairlift. I found the installation to be very straightforward.The instructions could have been a little more descriptive ,however everything worked out ok. I did find however the customer service to be very poor. One of the salesman was very rude and unprofessional. Had the lift not been shipped ,I would have canceled the order. On that basis I will not recommend Ameriglide. 

We decided to purchase a stair lift and got online and found this company. My initial interview went well and within a month we had made our decision and our stair lift was installed and ready for use. It was a very quick process and the professionals that helped us were very nice and knew their product. We could not have been more satisfied with the customer service we received during the entire process.

My purchase of the Stair Lift has been one of the best bying experiances I've ever had. The order was placed over the phone with the Stair Lift representitive. I was kept infomed as to the status of the purchase and it was recieved within a week after the initial call. The box's were well marked and the parts and instructions were supplied in such a way as to make the instalation snap. The videos are a must and VERY helpful There was absolutely no problem with the entire procedure from purchase to instalation. I use the lift frequently on a daily basis and it has taken all the pain from going up and down.

When our mother suffered a stroke that partially disabled her, the seven of us decided to purchase a lift chair to enable her to get up/down, in/out of her chair more easily.  She loves the chair.  It is high quality, great fabric, and conforms to any type of decor.

We are all extremely pleased with the purchase.  Our sales rep, Darnell, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire purchase process and was a pleasure to work with.

I will say, however, if given the "white glove delivery" option, you should consider it.  There is an additional cost involved, however, if you choose not to use this option, then it is very advisable to have two strong men or women who can maneuver the chair into the house as it can be quite bulky and heavy.

Liked the first stair-lift chair so much we bought another. My wife had a knee replaced and with a 3 story home she was isolated to the main floor. Now I have to go out to the barn or shop to get away from her. Company shipped fast, good price and a pleasure to deal with. Measure twice and you will get just what you need. Hope the wife doesn't want to remodel the bathroom now or add a dumbwaiter.

We bought a Meditek stairlift on the internet and my grandson installed it.  That was not a problem.  It ran for about 16 months and we started having electical and batery and charger problems. We could not get batteries even from the manfacturer. Another company ordereed them from europe for us, then the charger had to be replaced, again not available anywhere in the United states. To make a long story short, we ended up spending as much to repair it as we paid for it in the begining.Robert UT

I purchaced a Bruno stair lift, sales person very nice but when troubles arose there was no help, in fact I have been unable to locate a phone number or address for Bruno other than sales. When you call a dealer and ask for trouble shooting the controls that is the end of the conversation.

The Ameriglide stairlift has been a godsend for my grandparents. It allowed them to be able to stay in their own home. I was very skepical at first ordering online. However, after talking with Dave, he made the entire process go very smoothly and easied my fears. Thank you Ameriglide!!!

I ordered a stairlift from an on-line dealer for my mother. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive, and when it did the track was dented. It took another week to sort out the damage with UPS and the vendor. When I finally got the track it wouldn't go together right. I ended up with two bottom pieces.

When I told the company I bought it from I wanted my money back they stopped taking my calls and answering my emails.

I was stuck with an expensive pile of garbage. I contacted a local company and had them install it for me.

By the time I paid the local dealer to install the lift I saved about $50. But now I have no warranty, the people I bought it from won't talk to me, and if I have a problem I have to pay an hourly rate to get it fixed -- parts too.
