This was my second purchase from AMS in the last month. I received great service each time. I will use them again for future purchases. Their pricing is competitive and delivery is fast.

The pricing was very good for what was ordered as I purchased a dent and scratch (no issues found). The only problem was that I ordered the Cobalt Blue guitar but received the Sunburst color instead. That was okay because this a learning guitar and I really didn't care too much about the color anyway. I would just be cautious if someone else didn't get the color they ordered.

I am very impressed with AMS. They responded quickly to my questions and gave me what I needed (money back when I found the item at a lower price). I especially like the 45 day return policy and the extended warranty. I go to AMS to purchase my item AFTER I look at the other sites.

I like shopping at American Musical Supply. They always seem to have whatever I need. For my rehearsal studio I rent to bands. Plus the things I need for my band to play at a small party.

As always, I researched the product by reading the reviews on AMS. Then placed my order and received it right on time acording to the tracking number AMS emailed me. The product was in perfect condition when I received. I wish AMS would of padded the product more than they did. UNBELIEVABLE BAD SERVICE of American Musical Supply!
I placed an order on Wednesday, November 23rd, then, due to AMS absurd credit verification procedures, after two calendar days their verification was not completed and I asked to cancel my order.
The worst is they booked the order´s amount on the credit card as first action and not as last (when the credit check is positively completed), then didn´t execute their absurd credit check (verify name, surname and phone with customer´s bank).
The amount of the cancelled (or not accepted) order will stay blocked on the credit card until the customer´s bank release it (the bank said up to 25 days).
PAY ATTENTION: be absolutely sure when you place an order with AMS, cause immediately the amount is booked on your credit card whatever decision you take after or they don´t ship.
NEVER MET SUCH A BAD SERVICE, NEITHER IN THE SO CALLED 3rd WORLD!

I'll shop at ams any time of the year any time of the month any time of the day because they reliable and ill send all my music friends to ams .
