I have placed a number of orders with American Carpet Wholesalers. I've always received excellent customer service when contacting them by phone, and shipments arrive quickly. i am very pleased with American Carpet Wholesalers.

Carpet is very good value for price, considering shipping was free. Also, the rug was delivered faster than anticipated, and with no damage. Overall, a very good shopping experience.

It was good. The biggest problem was the ability to determine color on the Internet. This merchant might rethink a method of showing customers their potential selections. Our selection was a good bit darker than we anticipated - still, this was a good (and very economical) transaction.

My order arrived to the local Averritt facility on time but wasnt being delivered. I waited2 days and I called Carpet Wholesalers and they referred me to Averritt. I was told i needed a drop-off appointment and had to wait another 3 days. If id known i needed an appointment i would have had my flooring 5 days sooner. The shipping charges were too much in my opinion but i really wanted this floor so i paid it and then had to hunt for my order. Bottom line need more shipping communication.

I just needed one box of hardwood tile & a piece of molding for a repair job. Found exactly what I needed here on clearance, and it was delivered promptly. In a similar situation, I would definitrly shop this site again!

The shipment showed up ahead of schedule, we had an advance phone call from the delivery truck driver and the delivery truck driver was very helpful as we unloaded the boxes. When we called ACW to ask for some suggestions prior to ordering the duraceramic tile, the person who answered our call was also very helpful. This was a very positive experience for an on line order and we saved considerable money by ordering through American Carpet Wholesale. Thank you!
