Get all of my wound care materials from Allegro. Experiences have been good, so far.

Their standard shipping is faster than most merchant's expedited. Everything I ordered has always been in stock and shipped promptly.

I had a hard time finding the exact brand and type of disposable gloves I needed. Otherwise, everything was great. This is my second time using Allegro Medical. I will continue to come back for the items I need.

i like to order from here. do not like when you have the free shipping but it has to be $100.00 why so much??? i order once a month or every other month why can't you have specials for people that reorder

Order tracking information provided did not work. Shipping information provided did not specify Fed X , UPS , or USPS as the method of shipment. I tried to track on all three of these methods and received a "no record" of any shipment in process from all three. Package delivered on time today via USPS.

Happy to receive the purchase, but the carry bag it goes in was torn. I will be calling customer service.

I have always had good luck with my shipments in the past. I need to call them and find out where my underpads are. I have not received a notification as to why they havent come

My only complaint is that they often advertise/offer free shipping, but I end up paying for it anyway.

I shop at Allegro frequently due to the good prices and wide variety of products available. My only concern is that the process by which Allegro offers temporary discounts can be ackward when I need to maintain all of the invoice reconciliation information. My problem occurs when I order multiple items that arrive in different shipments and at different times. The individual costs for the various items do not match the amounts listed on the web copies I receive at the time of my purchase, although the grand total agrees with the total of what is eventually billed to my credit card. It would be helpful if the invoice that I can print following my order, would list the individual prices of the items following the secondary discount, so that I can prove the amount that appears on my credit card statement. Each time I have had this issue your telephone personnel have been helpful and very professional, but having to do this extra step presents an interruption with my usual work flow that could be averted.

Shopping at AllegroMedical is fast and easy. There are good reviews of products and a very good selection of different brands to choose. I am very pleased with the fast shipping time. Thank-you for your excellent service.

My experience with Allegro was very satisfying. I know that I will purchase this item again with Allegro. I particularly liked that a photo of their employees was enclosed with my merchandise. It shows that they have pride in their work by putting the human touch in the equation, and not just a cold billing statement. This was a very nice touch. In addition, the quality of the item was very satisfactory. Thank you Allegro.

99.99% of the time, everything is perfect. ONLY problem I ever had was never resolved, mainly due to the fact that I didn't keep on top of the situation. Still here, and will stay a loyal customer.

Almost all orders are delivery quickly and correctly. One order was not filled and I was not notified that it wasn't being filled. I called and was told that it was an error on the web. The web site incorrectly showed you could order the product one by each. However, but really you had to order a box of 10. I think they should have proactively let me know they were not going to fill the order.

Products are received much more quickly than from comparable merchants I have purchased from in the past. I usually don't even have time to track the purchase before it shows up at my door. I appreciate the convenience and timely delivery, not to mention the prices. Allegro Medical is quite diligent in providing the best prices possible.
