Yesterday, I bid farewell to my beloved Saeco Magic Deluxe which has greeted me every morning with frothy cappuccinos, entertained my guests and served me faithfully for the past 10 years. Over the years aLatteHotte has serviced my machine several times. It came back looking and working like a brand new machine each time they completed service . The turnaround time was always quick, but not being able to get out of bed without my morning cappuccino, the free loaner machine was an added bonus. So, when my Magic Deluxe started leaking water, I brought it to aLatteHotte for service. Rob opened the machine and "diagnosed" it, showing me where the boiler was leaking. I decided it was time to get a new machine and asked Rob for a recommendation. His passion for coffee and knowledge about the superespresso machines gave me confidence in making the right purchase. With the trade-in allowance I was given on my old machine and the great price offered on a new Jura-Capresso ENA 9, I brought my new love home and I am now enjoying my fourth perfect coffee drink of the day. Website was friendly, informative, and easy to navigate. Appeared to be good values on new items, and the refurbished Saeco Vienna Plus which I purchased was an extraordinary value. If you are thinking about repairing your Saeco coffee maker, you may be able to get a refurbished shipped to you for free much faster and for the same price as getting yours fixed! They shipped immediately FedEx Home Delivery, I plugged it in 4 days later and it worked beautifully as promised. For a "refurbished", it looked BRAND NEW. I also found out that our older Saeco model (Royal Pro) was much noisier than the new Vienna, and the RapidSteam function on the newer models is really great. Thanks aLatte!!

After much research an innumerable Google searches, I finally found Alattehotte. I wanted to replace my aging and very costly Saeco Royal Coffee Bar. The local repair center is extremely slow with about 6-8 weeks to repair and the service bills add up fairly quick. I decided to contemplate buying a replacement machine.
For the same amount of money that I would spend on coffee in a year at my local coffeehouse, I could buy myself a brand new Royal One Touch Cappuccino coffee machine. Besides no more repair bills, Alattehotte had a promotional offer I could not refuse. Free shipping, no sales tax and a big assortment of freebies thrown in for good measure. What sold me on buying from Alattehotte was that in addition to the extended warranty on my machine, they offer complimentary lifetime maintenance on my coffee machine. Our Manhattan Beach Corporate office has a few espresso aficionados. We were so thankful that alattehatte was able to repair and return our Saeco Royal CoffeeBar on the following business day after a newbie poured water into the grinder (a big no -no!) The team over at alattehatte saved the day. It's a great service to have a local repair facility.
Our company has a few machines that we periodically take in for sevice. While I'm there, I usually pick up a few bags of the Lavazza coffee they recommend. It seems to keep the machine going steady and the office crew happy as well!

What more could I ask for? They shipped my new coffee maker espresso pot to me the next day and it is up and working like a champ. No more starbucks. I just love this machine, I bought a Jura C5. I used to visit this website for information and to see whats new but I recently decided to do the splurge and upgrade from my keurig. I bought what is called an automatic machine, the Jura C5 and it continusouly makes wonderful espresso for me and coffee for my wife. I love this machine. Alattehotte was a pleasure.

Excellent phone support, we have bought a few machines from alattehotte over the years. They always help when we need it and go above and beyond the call of duty when we bring our viennas in for service. Glad I took the advice of the sales agent who convinced me that the capresso jura ena 9 was superior to the other machine I was going to buy from saeco. The capresso system is much less hands on and much more easy to use. It is like a mac compared to a pc and the quality of the coffee keeps a smile on my face every morning (and sometimes evening). Would purchase the same unit, from them again.

Hello, I was going to purchase a more extravegant espresso machine but Rob at alattehotte convinced me to go for the mid model range Jura. We are really happy we took the advice, it is much easier to use than the older Saeco that we traded in. My wife and I are very happy with the decision and the coffee that came with our new Jura from alattehotte was very tasty. Try the Black Cat. We purchased three automatic coffee makers from LatteHotte and the service they have provided over the years has been nothing short of exceptional -- they're always there when we have a question and with the one problem product we had, they honored the repair under their warranty program. Every year we send our machines in for maintenance and it comes back like new. Couldn't ask for much more!

Online shopping was ok. However, I recall that there was an online glitch. Thus, I wound up having to call the company to complete my order.
BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a refurbished Saeco Odea Giro package from aLatteHotte for close to $500. The package included a 2 yr comprehensive extended warranty (from aLatteHotte not the manufacturer) on the refurbished product. After receiving the product, it broke every 5 months. The first 2 repairs were completed by the manufacturer. The 3rd repair required sending the product to aLatteHotte. They did not honor the service warranty and claimed that a component internal to the machine was damaged in shipment (hard to believe). Moreover, their trade-in value was only $120 after only 18 months. I truly regret doing business with aLatteHotte and say to others BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I shipped my machine to these guy for a $300 repair. During a conversation on the repair, the service gentleman - called me a liar when I told him how much I paid for my machine and said I was "full of s**t"
When I called back to speak to management - the manager seemed not to care.
These guys run a shady operation I would not trust them to do a repair or buy a new machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a Primea Touch Espresso maker from them and have loved it ever since. We had nothing but a good experience with aLatteHotte, very knowledgeable and excellent tech support when it comes down to it. Do not buy from here!!!!! They sell refreshed products when a new one has been purchased. I also agree with the other complaints about their horrible customer service. They are unprofessional and demeaning...they do not care about their customers.
