I ordered a cell phone case on Monday (10/17). I checked my email on Tuesday and noticed that I had received my confirmation email with a link to the order status part of the website. When I clicked it, I found out that my case was on back order. I waited until today (10/19) because the site says it usually takes two days and checked again; still back order.I live chatted with a representative (which was a joke; I spent more time waiting than chatting. Average wait time was 7 minutes between messages) and found out that my item was going to take much longer, even though I was never notified. They won't receive the case until Friday (10/21) and probably won't send it until Monady (10/24). Initially, the site displayed my case as being in my hands between 3-8 business days. Now I'm looking at nearly 2-3 weeks without ever being notified and me having to pursue information. It's bad enough that my item was listed on their site and back ordered. To expect to receive it a week or two late and not have any notification? 
Pitiful.

Ordered some speakers for my android phone. The speakers did not work so I requested a refund or a replacement. I couldn't believe all the red tape I had to go through to just get to the point of getting compensated for the defective product. First I had to fill out a form, then I had to wait for it to be "approved", and then I had to wait for a special "RMA" number (whatever that is) before sending the defective part back. I order the speakers on 05/27/11, sent back the speakers in June---it is now August 11th, and still no refund although they have confirmed they received the defective speakers back."

I wish I could post something positive but my experience with this company has been HORRIBLE.  I never did receive the order that I paid for.  They shipped it to a CA address by mistake the first time.  When I called back, they verified my correct address and supposedly mailed it there.  It never came.  I called back & spoke to a VERY RUDE lady on the phone who told me I'd have to call GEORGIA to see if they know where my order might be.  She said she had NEVADA showing as my mailing address and they were losing money resending the item to me.  Well, I live in NC.  So they've messed the entire order up.  I understand mistakes.  I don't understand them taking my money, and being so completely rude to me as well.  I will never, ever do business with them again.  I'm out the money.  At least it wasn't much.

They lack the exact meaning of original when used with some of their cell phone batteries. Purchased a so called original and received after market. When questioned they gave no explanation and with a slight attitude said I could return it. Refund was slow and incomplete!

Worst on the net.  They have no customer service except an answering machine (lady with no info).  They are a scam.  Never received my product, but got charged all the same.  Can you give negative numbers in this review.  AccessoryGeeks SUCK.

I ordered my case engraved with my name and e-mail address. When the case arrived today the e-mail address was engraved incorrectly. I called the company immediately and was told that a new case with correct engraving would be sent to me no later than the next day (Tuesday). I await the new case. If the case arrives this week the customer service and response would have been excellent and I will use the company again. If not, I won't. Thanks,

Product received, wouldn't work. Was told we could return, at OUR expense & there would be a 15%- 20% restocking charge. This was not acceptable! The product was either not compatible , as indicated at site, or was defective so we shouldn't be charged to return! We are not happy!!

Unfortunately as consumers we rely on the expertise of the seller to address our questions. As a responsible consumer I asked prior to purchase if the item was compatible with my phone. I received a reply stating ¨YES¨...needless to say the holster is too small for my phone which is to say I wasted my money and my time.
