Got what I ordered on time in fine shape.

I ordered the wrong item. I reordered the correct one and rec'd it quickly. I was able to return the incorrect item and rec'd credit right away. Excellent service.

The drum printed a messy copy when installed. It was streaked and unacceptable. I returned it. I am awaiting a replacement.

So far, their inks have worked. Once I got a leaky cartridge, but they replaced it right away.

The only problem we have ever had with ABCInk is that some of the refurbished items we purchased did not perform acceptably, and the cost and hassle of sending them back (from Alaska) was prohibitive. It made me at least wonder if we were being taken advantage of.

Ordered the black replacement for our printer to make sure it would work. It has worked wonderfully. I am about to order a combination color from them. We have purchased ink for various printers from ABC in the past and have never had one issue.

I purchased a laser cartridge directly from ABCInk.com.  The cartridge was terrible so I sent it back for a replacement following their instructions and they received it Dec 3rd.  It's now Dec 25th and so far they've claimed they never received the return and asked me 3 times for a tracking number.  Each time, I sent them not only the tracking number but proof of delivery.  I think they are either stupid or trying to cheat me.

So far so good.

It would be nice if the site would remember my shipping address and billing information for repeat orders.

I usually dont have problems with ABCink. I ordered and was confirmed for "Matte Hi-Res CD Labels 100 Sheets 200 CD Labels" What I received was "Matte Hi-Res CD Labels 50 Sheets 100 CD Labels". I emailed the company on 11-13, requesting the other 50 labels. They (Ann) responded on 11-15 and requested I count the labels in the package and send them a photo of what I recvd. Which I did on the same day. Nov 19 I had not heard back from them and sent another email requesting that this be resolved ASAP. She sent me a RMA to return the labels that I have for a refund. That was a little unfair because I had to pay the shipping charges and none of this was my error. But getting in contact with them is so difficult I just stent it back. I would still shop with them because I've been a customer of theirs for several years and usually receive good quality products; I don't generally have any issues.

non-oem ink purchase was advertised to work in my printer but it did not. They quickly authorized a return. But the return cost was $10 for a $16 ink cartridge. That hurt!

Have puirchased orders many times and will continue to use this company.

My concern was not my last order, it appears to be working OK. My concern was that I had to order another cartridge because my first order was an HP 74XL and I only had used it for about 200 pages and my HP printer said cartridge failue??? So I'm hoping my first order failure was only a fluke and my second order for an HP74 will continue to work. Barry Sine

I had purchased ink products before and they were find; but this last item , well with the BLACK INK I had fading in my sentences. I really had know use for it.
