THese people ripped me off.  I ordered a solid perfume that lost its scent after 2 months!  They wouldn't consider a refund because they only honor a 2 week refund period. Tell me, how does a solid perfume smell like NOTHING after 2 months?!?

I will not advise overseas buyer to deal with 99perfume.com!! placed an order on my card to the address where the card was registered and got told our system showed us it was a stolen card of which i got charged £9 difference between money taking out and the refunded money. so for me this will be the last $270 transaction i willl be making with is company. STAY AWAY FROM WWW.99PERFUME.COM

I ordered 3 products that included free shipping and received them fine. I needed to return them because I rec'd duplicates as a gift. I rec'd the return authorization and returned them at my cost, no problem. The company refunds my money but now deducts for shipping! How can they deduct for shipping when I didn't pay it to begin with? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Learned my lesson, I won't be using them.

I recently placed my first order with this merchant: a high-end product,   Creed Silver Mountain Water, and at a very reasonable price. I've been burned before by fake Creeds (especially this one), so I had a wait-and-see attitude. 

The day after I placed my order I got a confirmation.  The next day I got an email that the product shipped, with a UPS tracking number.  The next day, the product arrived.  It was securely packed and it was the genuine article! Anyone who can ship reasonably-priced genuine Creeds so quickly is definitely OK in my book and will be getting my business in the future.

I placed an order using my office address as opposed to my home address because the order was for my wife. I never received the order as the address did not match my credit card billing address. This would not have beem a problem if I had been notified of the discrepancy. I called to be told the notice was sent to me but after searching thoroughly I found that was not the case. I moved on to another supplier.

99Perfume.com is horrible (is it a scam?)! I ordered 3 bottles of perfume.  They all arrived in good condition, but they smelled like rubbing alcohol and some weird scent.  This is NOT what I've been wearing for years.  Further, the bottle top spritzer on one of the bottles doesn't press down unless you get it at just the right angle.  I'm not sure that any of the bottles are the authentic perfume.  They certainly don't seem like it.

Further, I've emailed and called to get an RA number to return the products.  No reply email or phone call.  I'm frustrated!

DO NOT ORDER FROM 99Perfume.com!  It is a MAJOR WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Return policy is you pay for shipping, suffer the 20% restocking fee for un-authentic items, and you have to keep everything in its original undamaged package.  Good luck with that!  Now...if only you can even get the RA number to return a product...if you can get anyone to give you one... 

Just don't order.

I have ordered from 99Perfume.com multiple times and had no problems. This order had one minor problem that was easy to deal with. The cap for the sprayer was bent, so I will use the one with my old bottle when I empty it.

That yes is a probably - the perfume seemd to be older and not fresh- the smell was alcohol like rather than the way I think it should have smelled. I have shopped with them before and been satisfied but....

I placed an order with 99Perfume on Dec 12. On checking with their staff why the package was not received, I was told that the problem originated with PayPal because 99Perfume did not receive payment from them until Dec 18. Shipment of the package was delayed until Dec 20 with arrival on Dec 24 when my office will be closed. As a result, delivery will not occur until Dec 28 when the business reopens. After contacting PayPal, they informed me that payment to 99Perfume was made the same day that the order was placed (Dec 12) and that the company is incorrect when they indicated that there was a problem with the payment. Confirmation was received that this was the case. 99Perfume staff also told me that tracking information was sent to me when the shipment was made. I have no record of that email in my junk mail, the delete file or my inbox during that time interval. No attempt was made by the company to rectify this suggesting that I pay UPS $11 to ship to another address.
