Ordered on line and received order in timely manner. Only complaint is I was unable to print the confirmation number at the time of order and I never received a confirmation email as indicated until notification that the products had actually been shipped.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!  They are quick to take their money but do not ship in a reasonable time at all!  It has been almost 2 weeks and they still haven't shipped my order after they promised me they'd do so immediately.  You can't get a person on the phone.  I paid for priority shipping because I needed my product quickly.  Customer Service told me it takes them up to 5 days and we are well past that! 

My order took longer than expected to ship. I am receiving this survey before I have received my product. When paying such a high price for shipping you expect the quality of service to match.

There was a 5 day processing delay to get my order out of the factory. I paid for express shipping, which to me should have helped move it along the process faster. As it was I did not get my order until 10 days after I ordered it. NOT acceptable for an express order.

I was in a panic because my dog was just diagnosed with osteosarcoma and was scheduled to have her front leg amputated almost immediately. She is a lab and therefore I needed something to help lift her following surgery as she is too big to pick up. The person I talked to at 911 Health Shop was very kind, compassionate and so helpful, and she was able to get the sling to me in an expedited manner. I HIGHLY recommond this merchant.

I was told I could get a discount if I signed up on their Facebook page. I tried to do this but there was no discount as they said there would be. I sent an email to them but no answer.

I would like to keep purchasing from 911 health shop, but they require too many verifications for purchases over a certain amount & it really takes away the convenience of the whole online purchase availability. This is the one thing i don't like & would like to see changed, or i will have to shop elsewhere! Other than that, the prices & products are very good!

I have been getting JC tonic for 3 monthe now this last time When I open the box the cap on the bottle was broken. It good thing I still had the other bottle. I used the cap from it. The seal was still on the bottle with the broken cap. So nothing leak out. Please in the future be more careful this is not cheap tonic. Also it said the shipping would be free I have not gotten it free. Did I miss something about it being free. I will still keep getting it, because it had really helped me. E.G.Schwarze
