Excellent quality, always on time, great choice for purchasing on line toner cartridges.

I have used their product 2 years with 1 minor problem, the ink cartridge level sensor was falty. Their price is outstanding. Their on line ordering is easy and standard delivery is fast. My last order of 21 cartridges was delivered with one missing. The phone call to correct the missing cartridge was easy, friendly and I received the missing cartridge in 2 days.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The remanufactured toner cartridges (2), that I ordered, work as well as the OEM cartridges. This was my first purchase from 4Inkjets and I will be a repeat customer.

I had ordered the wrong drum unit for our work computer. On your webpage it stated it was compaitable with our printer/fax machine. It does not fit ours and you guys wouldnt take it back because it was "opened." Never used, just opened. I understand you probably cant resell it to a customer but couldnt someone that works with you take it back? It was very unfair to us as now we have to wait to order another one, and continue use with a black line down everything we print. I think your websites need to be more clear. We do order ink from you guys whenever we need it and never expeienced an issue, until now.

Toner/Ink purchases are highly competitive. I chose this company based on price and ease of website use. Unfortunately, I ordered the product 10 days ago, and it hasn't shipped. I've called twice, they are having "computer issues" and it may or may not ship by today. Hopefully my toner doesn't run out like my patience has!

So far, the shopping experience with 4Inkjets has been good. I will be using the cardtridges shortly and I will let you know if there are any issues.

No service at all = terrible service.  I placed an order for inkjet cartridges, received the confirmation for the order, but no follow-up email with the shipping info.  I pro-actively called a week later, was put on hold for 15 minutes, and told that my order had been canceled!  The reason give was that I had charged back a previous order.   I've never ordered from 4InkJets before, so I've certainly never charged anything back, but they couldn't give me any further information.  And I won't order again.  

Easy to order online and the shipment came within two days, a nice surprise!

Purchase was pretty straight forward; product easy to find online, order process fast and efficient, and arrived in good time. Way I like it; don't want to be that involved in a simple purchase and, in this case, didn't need to be.

Purchased ink cartridges a month ago and I still don’t have the products. When emailed them to find out where is my product I was told to wait, that it is on its way. In my next email, I asked for my refund, since then I have not heard from them. I guess they hope that 45 days will pass and then I can’t even complain to PayPal. I will never order from them again.

Ordered online, the order was shipped USPS, so the tracking wasn't that great, but it arrived in a timely fashion. Ordering was easy, their web site was easy to use, so I would use them again. The product is satisfactory. So it is all good.

Making this field mandatory is a bad idea. It is frustrating when there is no additional comment to make other than what is noted above and it puts a negative slant on both the company being reviewed and shopping.com. I have no further comment to make about my order and I resent being forced to enter something here. Therefore, you now have the forced comment you were looking for and I am resenting both companies.

I have ordered ink from this company before without issue. This thime, the ink was sub-par and I received "repair" instructions rather than the assistance asked for to return the product. I will shop elsewhere in the future.
