Order to Ship date was longer than expected. Will order a week earlier, next time I need them. Thanks, You are one of the few places with this tea reasonably priced.

Shipment was very slow ordered on February 9 not shipped until February 22. Did not receive the shipment until February 26, 2013. Unable to contact them without establishing an account and receiving a news letter.  The product is very good and have ordered from other vendors and received the shipment within 3-4 work days.

Pricing was excellent, delivery slow.

Very good selection on just about everything.. Ordering multiple (2 or more) of an item seems to be a problem (extra week delay in filling order)

Three weeks and still have not recieved order and no communication to me of hold up.....I had to call and ask

Much better service than a short while ago, less delays, better packaging...Will be back!

Reasonably priced and MUCH faster delivery than the last place I ordered from. I got email updates at each step during the process (i.e., processed, packaged, shipped, etc). Very happy and will order from this merchant again. 

my only complaint was that I placed the order and was told they would ship outat the end of the week. This was the beginning of the week. Not sure WHY they insisted in waiting. Then Friday comes and I check and it was not mailed out. I was told it would probably be shipped out on Monday IF they received it. I think this is bad for their business when you are under the impression that they have it in stock and lead you to believe that. They just dont seem to be in any hurry to mail out. There are far too many places selling the exact same product and customers expect their products to arrive quickly. I just did not feel that customer service is big on their list.

I never recieved the product waited over three weeks said it was in stock when really it was not. i had to call my bank to get the refund

thx, shipment and delivery were fast. The product had an expiration date within less than a year though. Other than that it was great. 

Contrary to standard practice, this vendor charges the customer's credit card before it ships the items ordered. It does not inform customers when items are not immediately available, on back order.

When I emailed them asking why they had charged my card several weeks earlier without sending the order or an explanation, they said they couldn't keep all their offerings in stock but expected to ship mine within two days. They did not.

On the positive side, they refunded my credit card immediately when I asked them to.

The tea that was ordered was mentioned on dr.oz and was hard to find anywhere. there was a short delay getting the tea but I am very satisfied

I discovered this website in search of Raspberry Ketones and White Kidney Bean extract. I was very excited about receiving my products. I am pleased with my purchase, customer service was great, and the shipping was pretty fast. I received my products within a weeks time. Will order again!

I've bought from 4AllVitamins several times before. Reliable company. The most recent purchase shiped later than expected, but the tracking after shipment was fine with their standard Smart Post (FedEx&USPS).

A-1; item was processed and shipped in record time with less time required than a point to point mailing within Canada. Thank you your excellent customer service.
