I purchased CANON MX printer color ink cartridge at 123Inkjets. I did not purchase OEM and got the cheap color ink. DO NOT BUY THE CHEAP ONE FROM HERE. You will waste your money. BY OEM!!!

Well I knew the ink would run out sooner or later, and it happened. I had to buy new cartridges for my Epson Stylus 1400. Ouch! At $100+ for the set, I looked for a cheaper alternative. Bingo 123Injets! Got the order very easlily and waited for the current cartridges to run out, which of course they did. Well tried to swap the first one-error! Printer could not detect that a cartridge was there. Tried another one, same thing. Called service, shut it down, unplug it then try again. Same thing - no dice. Look at the cartridge, what is the reman code-19. They shipped a replacement with the same code. Oh my, the entire initial order of 18 cartridges has the same code. Am in the process of trying to return all of them for credit now..... Good Luck, but be cautious if you have an Epson 1400!

I really don't understand what all the complaining is about. My home office has two Brother printers that get heavy use. I can't begin to calculate how much we've saved using 123's compatiable cartridges. Lot's though.
I had one cartridge fail, and a credit was put on my account immediately after I emailed to report the problem. Longevity of the cartridges seems the same as Brother OEM, and the print quality is fine. Shipping is fast. I think this is a good firm that delivers what they promise.

Damages from 123inkjet calls for a class action suit!!!
Since I switched to 123inkjet my printouts printed smeared and with streaks. I ran the deep clean several times but didn't fix the problem. I've researched that the 113inkjet was known to be defective and ruined printer heads!!! My Canon PIXMA MX860 was less than a year old, it printed excellent until I switched to 123inkjet. With what I've heard/read from reviews after reviews were alarming and we should all do something about it. How about organizing a class action suit against 123inkjet? Please contact me while I find a lawyer to represent the class action suit.

I got a fair # (perhaps 40) cartridges over the years from them and they all worked pretty well. And on a small problem they were helpful. But I cannot recommend them due to a major league facial they gave me when I sent 4 unused inkjet cartridges back to them for credit, I called first to make sure they would give me a store credit or a check for the return because I had bought the cartridges using a gift card I no longer had. They told me it was easy, just write a note and put it in with the cartridges, which I did. Then two months later I followed up and they said they put the $67 dollar credit back on the (gift) card and I had to talk to Mastercard. Well, M/C said they can't help and to talk to the merchant. And my formerly favorite inkjet vendor has told me to get lost, that it isn't their problem. Oh well, I'll try the next guy. But caveat emptor.

Delivery speed was average. Order was acurate. Product was defective; Made the print head on epson photo 2200 print in streaks. Made the need to clean the print head every time a print is needed (not recommended to do with expensive printers). Customer service was poor; their recommendation was to try more and more of their cartriges and test each one so I could send them back and get replacements. The person I spoke with at tech support confirmed that the company has had a history of the same problem with their ink cartriges and described it as "bad batches". I won't do business with this company again.

123 Inkjet is my The Most Horrible experience with a Toner Company! I was away and not able to use my HP Color Laser printer when I came back and started using it, my Magenta from 123Inkjet went bad! It is true that the toner was more than a year old but what is interesting is, it was the newer than all my other toners that are HP originals and my statement are back by all my receipts from each toner. I definitely learned my lesson NOT to TRUST 123Inkjet ever again since the company refused to help me even when I showed them printed proof their toner was bad and even when I offered not to get a full refund but just replace the toner and pay for the used portion of the toner. I was forced to walk away with a bad toner so avoid my tragedy and buy at a reputable popular place like Staples or Office Max, thanks.

I ordered a toner cartridge for our Xerox copier. The price was great and it was received in a timely manner. However the cartridge repeatedly leaked toner in our machine. Contacted 123Inkjets, they acknowledged it was probably defective and that I could return it for a replacement or refund. Since I needed the use of the copier, I had purchased another cartridge locally and so requested a refund. I did receive a refund for the price of the toner cartridge, but was not refunded the shipping fees. Since it was defective, they should've refunded that, also. I sent 4 emails regarding this, the last one 2 months ago, all with no response. I maybe should've called, but was fed up by their lack of response to my emails. I will not be doing business with 123Inkjets again.

The ink ruined my printer head on my canon printer! It will be $80 to replace it. The money back guarantee
is fake, they wont give you money back- you call they say they will send you a shipping bag, it never comes, so you call back, it goes no where, you email, they send a shipping labile and you return the unused inks still in the box you bought before it killed your printer, then a month later you get more useless ink you can use! they say they cant do a money back..... still cant find out why. crappy service and do not trust that ink! It was easy to get, it was cheap, but wait till you have a problem!

I ordered a set of inkjet cartridges for my printer and paid extra for UPS 2nd day shipping. I never heard a word from 123kinkjets about my order, which still hadn't arrived after 3 days. I went to the site and learned that my order was backordered, however, 123kinkjets did not find it important enough to let me know this small detail or to even adjust the shipping that costed me extra. I tried emailing them...I tried "live" online support....I tried calling them. They could not be reached and they never got back to me. I tried canceling my order, to no avail. The order finally arrived almost three weeks later (even after attempting to cancel the order). This place is a scam.

well, the website was very easy to navigate, ordering was easy, i signed up for the newsletter, and within a week got a coupon code for 25% off, (they have them monthly? although % off varies) ordered immediately, and received my order in about 3-4 days. the ink worked fine in my epson r340 photo printer, so far i have printed about 60 4x6s and no problems, no lines, splotches etc. no leakages, shipped in great vacume packing, best decision in my (short) photo printing career.

Owning the odd ball Epson inkjet that was part of the Class action suit. I havent' bought a Ink Cartridge with an epson name on it since I have owned it and for the past 2 years bought exclusively frm 123Inkjets.com
got there free Delivery and payed over 1/2 the price of a new set of inks(6ea) from Staples. Plus I got a double order. I constantly get offers of 28 percent off there already low prices. I highly recommend this site as a source for at least your epson needs. By the way I print almost exclusively photo's and haven't ever had an issue with quality period. Now with the Epson Cartridges they have this bull about letting you know when you are low or running out of ink. The factory units show it is out even
with Ink still availible. This company lets you run them dry.

Last year I bought a bunch of cartridges from them. Now my printer has died and I still have a lot of cartridges left. My new printer is not on their "supported" list yet but they very willingly told me to ship my old cartridges back and they will send me a check. They emailed me the shipping label which is POSTAGE PAID! Every time I call them I get to speak to a real person within 1 minute. Even if their prices are not always the absolute lowest, 123inkjets will get my future business.

Absolutely horrible.
After some difficulty getting delivery (not 123inkjet's fault), I called the company and they agreed to resend the order. At that point, I had already called the shipping firm three times, and 123inkjets twice.
A week goes by. Where is my ink?
I called 123inkjets and they had completely reversed themselves (without, of course, letting me know). I was made to repeat the whole story to them for the third, then fourth times.
Unlike the previous call, they told me that it was MY problem, that I could "go round and round" with the shipping company myself if I wanted, but that they were, in actuality, not going to do anything at all to help me.
In fact, the customer service "floor supervisor" blamed her own employees, blamed the shipping company, blamed ME, but insisted the whole thing was my problem and my problem alone.
Without doubt the worst customer service I've dealt with in some time.
Do yourself a favor and avoid, avoid, avoid.
Nearly a month later, and I have no ink. I could have gone down to the local Radio Shack and paid full price and saved money over this time wasting experience.

Easy ordering (well, who isn't these days) and decent customer service. The problem is though, that the product is absolutely inferior. I bought 4 color cartridges for my Epson CX4600 (great printer by the way) and not ONE of the cartridges would print without lines. I expended nearly all of the ink in the cartridges just cleaning them.
