Beware of their "20 year warranty".  Before purchasing it I was told all parts of the bed were covered under their 20 year warranty.  I purchased dual twin adjustable beds to make into a king size.  The adjustable bases are the most expensive part of the bed purchase price.  When the beds arrived, there were Warranty Activation cards enclosed from Leggett & Platt.  These needed to be completed and filed with Leggett & Platt within 30 days to activate their (Leggetts & Platts) 2 year warranty.  They were asking an additional $99 per bed to increase their warranty to 4 years. I went back to Sleep Better Store to understand what was happening.  After asking the question in 20 different ways they finally admitted that the adjustable bed bases were not included in their 20 year warranty and are covered only by the Leggett and Platt warranty.  I now wonder what else is not covered.  To make things worse I understand it was one of the owners who personally told me "everything" was covered by their 20 year warranty. I have a transcript of it all.

My husband always complained about my moving in bed. I would get up and down and be very restless. We always heard that memory foam was better for not feeling the person’s movements in bed next to you, but could not afford a Tempur-Pedic. I am so glad we found Angel Beds. Our new Sky Deluxe bed has made a big difference in our lives. I sleep better and move less- and my husband doesn’t wake up now when I do move and we both are waking up feeling well rested. I just wanted to write and thank you for all your patience in answering our questions. We have been happy with the whole process.

We had a Select Comfort bed, but in a short time felt that we were having way too many problems with. We decided to compare shop some other air bed brands. Sleep Better Store won over the competition with price, warranty, and fabulous customer service. They also shipped it to us so quickly! I feel like we upgraded beds from our old Sleep Number bed at a better price. Literally have never slept better than we do now. Thank you Sleep Better Store!

We purchased one of the higher end units and it continuously deflates in the middle of the night due to inferior seals on the pumps.

I am tired of waking up in a deflated mattress.

We received great customer service and fast shipment when we purchased our Sleep Better bed. The instructions were easy to follow, and setting up the bed was quick and simple. We really like the bed, but a couple of weeks ago, one of the air chambers deflated during the night.
I went online and contacted Customer Service, and was told what to do to troubleshoot the problem. I reported what I found, and the next day a replacement air chamber was on the way. It arrived quickly, along with a postage paid return label for the other air chamber.
We did a lot of research before deciding which bed to purchase, and we kept coming back to Sleep Better. The warranty was one of the main reasons, and now we're confident we made the right choice.
Things can go wrong despite everyone's best efforts. The way this was handled minimized the fact that there was any problem at all.
Thanks for a great product and great customer service!

Most unpleasant sleeping experience ever; terribly uncomfortable bed to sleep on.  Was talked into purchasing the "foam topper" which is the ONLY thing that made this bed tolerable (barely) for the past year and 1/2 - still wake every morning feeling as though I've slept on a bed of gravel.  Recently found black mold growing on the bladders because there is no air circulation - which was the last straw.  Finally gave up on the thing and spent the money on a real bed.

Have a problem with pump keeping pressure during the week. It doesn't. I had to e-mail the company three times before they responded to the issue and then they just made the lame excuse that most people don't want it to come on whenever the pressure is low. No solution was given. So now every other day, i have to check the setting before i go to bed. The bed loses about 40 units (off the number setting)in two weeks. If it worked properly, the only time it would go on would be in the morning, when extra pressure is relieved as you get up. For the money, I expected a lot more.

Although it was easy to order and shipped fairly quickly there was delay after delay and many exchanges of chambers and pumps before we got a combination where everything worked. We have had the bed for 2 years and the stitching has come undone on the pillow-top zipper and the pump has quit working. The customer service was horrible at the time we purchased the bed and is horrible now as I try to get the mattress cover and pump problems fixed.

The Sleep Number bed may be more expensive but it is "hassle free" and the customer service is MUCH better.

We bought a Gold 5-Series King bed from the Sleep Better Store a year ago. Within days of receiving it, we wanted to return it because it didn't work right and was uncomfortable. We were unable to because we were told it would cost us $500 to return it. We tried to make the best of it, and now, after a year, our backs are horrible. The company will not stand behind their product. The customer service people and one of the owners, Larry, have actually yelled at us on the phone when we call to discuss the bed. This is the worst bed we've ever owned, it has caved in on one side, hurts your back, and is loud when it pumps up. The people running the company are rude and mean. They have a 30 day return guarantee, but they will not honor it. They are liars and are selling a crappy product.

We were seduced by the positive comments at this site about the 7-series bed. However, the real experience has been very disappointing. There is no side support at the edges of the bed, the two air bladder system on the queen size has a narrow and obvious support area, the center foam wedge is hard and readily separates the two support zones and the maximum hardness is about equivalent to a low priced medium support regular mattress. Our order was never complete (ordered to vibrating units and only one has ever appeared, despite letters and phone calls). All in all, the bed is a gimmick - buy a real air bed from the national competitor or a legitimate traditional quality mattress.

We received our series 5 bed. It took a very short time to assemble and after 3 nights of sleeping on it I can only say we are extremely pleased. My wife has had incredible relief from her osteo arthritis back pain that she has been troubled with for several years since using it the first night. I'll admit we were skeptical of the claims but are now believers.

I feel like the best way to judge a company is how they deal with problems and situations that come up. Bed was as advertised, easy to set up, and a ton cheaper than select comfort. I bought a 7 series, which cost 2000 dollars. The surface is unflat. the lower in the middle, and higher on the side. I wanted to return it, but you have to pay for shipping, which is about 600 dollars from Atlanta, GA to Texas. I regret buying it from the sleep better store.

I wish I had bought it from select comfort. at least, I'd get better service for this long term investment.


There is a 30 day free trial, but who is going to pay a few hundred dollars to ship it back???
