I ordered dog food and received an e-mail confirmation. I was charged $41.99 to my pay-pal account. I called to find out how long it would take for them to ship out the food, and was told my order was blank! I would have to reorder, and then they would re-charge my account, and I would have to dispute the first charge. This sounds insane to me. I called my pay-pal account representative and was told the order was "pending". I had to ask them to cancel the order. I will never order from this company!

I have nothing but great service from PetCareRX. Their prices are some of the best I've found and have not any problems with getting Rx's OK-ed by my Vet. They have split shipments without charging for shipping so I can get my order as quickly as possible. I've used the Live Chat and found the agents are always knowledgeable and helpful.
If you are a Delta Skymiles member you can get miles for your purchases. They also have the Pet Points program that adds points for each order and gives you money off your next order.
I would reccommend them to anyone looking for good prices and good customer care.

Pet Care RX advertising of 'Free Shipping' is totally misleading. I ordered $103 worth of merchandise, including a 30# bad of dog food. I received an email that they were 'spliitting' the shipment. When I received the dog food, they charged me $15 in shipping. When I called,the 'customer service' guy I talked to was totally unhelpful and didn't give a hoot whether I was upset or not. When I asked to speak to a manager, he give a big *sigh* and put me on hold. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come on the line, but finally just hung up. This will be the one and ONLY time I buy anything from them. Stick with National Pet Pharmacy- their prices are competitive (they price match) and their customer service is top notch. But most important, they don't engage in false advertising.

Free shipping deal is very misleading. Unlike other stores that exclude food (like Petco, petsmart, etc), their details do not make it clear. Worst communication of deal exclusions I've encountered. Their "Free shipping on orders over $35" is really "Free shipping on orders over $35 but under 5 pounds."

Worthless incompetent customer service. They cannot confirm their fax actually gets to your vet, so you sit, thinking your order is being processed but if the fax doesn't go through, nothing is happening. They don't confirm the fax went through, they don't contact you to say they cannot contact your vet, they do not call the vet to say they cannot fax to the vet. They just sit and do nothing, and your pet goes without the medication they need.

They don't take seriously that it is medication they are providing. Could be #2 pencils they are selling with all the care they put into customer service.

Did not give me the chance to cancel my order because their offices are not open on the weekends(12/12). Item has been shipped the next business day that I call in(12/14). I called in with a ticket number confirmation and explained to them that I found a cheaper price by $7 and they were not willing to work with me. I really thought they would so I didn't order from the other company, and now I have to wait even longer to get my flea meds. Customer service reps kept telling me to hold and spoke with a supervisor to be told the same thing and waste my lunch hour to get no results. The response the supervisor gave me was that they cannot price match with a company from Canada (I order pet meds online, do they really think I care?). I am definitely not ordering from them anymore and will tell all my family and friends about the other website.

My dog is now 3 weeks overdue on hearworm preventative because an order I placed over one month ago has still not arrived! PetcareRx's online customer service ("live chat") is useless (always end up referring me to the phone), and people on the phone have lied to me.
Their website messed up my order so that I had to cancel and reorder, then the company took 2 weeks to get in touch with my vet for approval and ship the order, then the order was supposedly delivered, but never arrived. A phone agent said he was re-shipping my order, but when I called again a week later there was NO record of that! Do not put your pet's health in their incompetent hands!

I ordered some dog boots among other things from Pet Care RX so my dogs could make it through their first Chicago winter. I got an email a few days later saying my order had been shipped. The next day, I was charged a second time on my debit card. When I finally got through to a customer service rep at Pet Care RX, they said part of my order was out of stocked and I was charged again because there was "hold on my account." After telling her that my credit card should have had a deduction - not an addition - if part of my order was not in stock, she said "that's how debit cards work." So now I don't have the product I ordered, which I guess they never planned to tell me was out of stock, I waited on hold for a half hour, and I was charged nearly double. Great business practice.

I placed my first order through PetCareRx and had nothing but problems. They messed up my address, which took a week longer to get my pet medications. They never notified me, I had to call them about item not arriving at my door. They never said, sorry or anything. Poor customer service!!! I will not buy from here again. Website was not user friendly either. I will try to find another place to buy my pet medication. Even if it means, having to buy it at my Vet's office. Not worth the frustration of buying from here.
