The boots were a last-minute gift for my granddaughter. They were received exactly on time to allow me to give them to her on Christmas eve. She is delighted with the boots and I am a happy Santa. I need some dress shoes, so I will definitely use this service again in the near future.

Beware of their processing time. They indicate 1-2 day processing on their website. I am on the second day still waiting for them to "process" my order. I called them for an update, and they said the warehouse has FOUR days to process it, then it's back to them for another 1-2 days of processing/shipping. Looks like it will take me well over a week just to get a pair of boots processed/shipped with this company, when Zappos and Amazon had them to me within 3 days tops.

Sandals were just as we expected; order was sent in a timely manner.

I ordered a pair of shoes (Bates Oxfords), that I thought was in my size.  Wrong.  My fault.  I called to figure out what to do and discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the Womens' version of the shoe.  The girl on the phone said that she would issue the authorization but warned that maybe my discount may not be honored.  I told her that the only reason I was on onlineshoes.com was because I got a discount pass.  Otherwise I could just go out buy a pair of shoes.  I live across the street from Macy's 34th St.!  Today I see a $20 additional charge on my card.  Had I known, I would have asked for a refund and shopped around NYC.  NEVER AGAIN!

found what I was looking for, am very pleased. I was already familiar with the Doc Marten brand, and knew the quality of mdse of that brand. The boots are very comfortable and warm, perfect for winter weather.

Horrible customer service and exchange policy.  I purchased a pair of shoes as a gift and subsequently needed to exchange them.  They make you purchase another pair and then the credit to your card will occur after the items have been returned and received.  The problem with that is that when you purchase an item with a discount, then have to purchase the item again as an exchange without a discount, they will only credit you for the original discounted price.  Therefore, the exchanged pair cost full price and the discount received in the original order is null and void.  What company could possibly expect repeat business with this type of policy?

No problem yet, the shoes have not arrived.

Spent $85 for some Merrell Shiver mocs, one arrived with cosmetic defects; took pics, sent to them, received no apologies, no help, list of 6 steps to go thru to return shoes and get refund.
Not horrible, shoes usable, but defective and no real help from them.
No more shoes from them! They don't go the extra mile for a problem they created, not even the extra nanometer.

Good customer service, reliable and authentic, would recommend!

I was so pleased to find these shoes in my size. Very hard to get women's 10.5. Great colors which I couldn't even get from Addidas directly (go figure). I am very pleased to have found this source and will certainly look here first the next time I am looking for foot wear.

It is difficult to purchase shoes on line. As I expected the usual happened. The first 2 pairs of the Lela did not fit properly per my reply info. So I tried the Marabelle. They are great and comfortable for all day wear. Thank you.

The shoes I ordered was for my sons wedding I recieved them and the strap over the toes did not work for me, it was to loose. I returned them & exchanged them for another pair. Recieved them in about 1 week. I'm very PLEASED with this pair. They will be the ones I wear to the wedding. Thank you so much.
