Purchased two boxes of lancets (200 ct each). One of the boxes was open. Sent an email to see if I could exchange the the opened item....NO RESPONSE. Called 1-877-932-2979, the Customer Service number (on four different occassions across 3 days - making multiple calls) and when I was not in a continuous holding loop, I kept getting disconnected. Terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone nor will I buy anything else from them.

The initial order, placed on 10/4, was delivered by UPS in a timely manner but was the wrong product ans was for someone in another state. Another email, on 10/12, said the product was shipped via the US Postal Service, but has never arrived.

I'd sent an email immediately after realizing that the product was not full leg but only knee high. There was no mention at all in the advertisement what length I was purchasing... so disappointed. No reply re: email. REturned the pkg today for a credit of the returned product on my credit card. Am hopeful there will be a reply with the appropriate credit.

I received an invalid tracking number for UPS via e-mail from them. Then I got hung up on 5 times after being put on hold forever. I sent another e-mail and was told it was ordered 10 days before I actually did and should have been received before I even ordered it!!! Finally did receive pkg and it was OK, but should not have had to go through all I did or get invalid information or hung up on with phone number they gave me. Even told me in e-mail not to respond to it!! Only ordered because local pharmacies quit carrying it and I'm allergic to all other nasal sprays as I've had 4 surgeries in last year for sinuses and can't use others. HOpe to find elsewhere in future.
