i ordered 50lbs of bromine months before i opened my pool only to experience problems which ultimitly lead to to the bromine being bad,so i called In the Swim to talk to a supervisor and she said that there is nothing they can do about replacing this defective product. I have been their customer for six years now and got no respect.i finally talked to a pool expert who tested this product and he told me that the product had lost it's shelf life years ago and that it was no good.Beware of these crooks selling outdated products. Bromine is expensive and 50lbs cost over 200 bucks. i will never buy from them again.

Their "Hydrotools Swimline BACKWASH HOSE" is JUNK.  Otherwise, I have been extremely happy with their products  and quick delivery, their customer service reps and their return policy.

Forget about next day delivery. Ordered my pool chemicals because we were supposedly in the 1 day delivery area, hoping to get the pool ready for the Memorial Day Weekend. Well that didnt happen. I'll drive 30 minutes to the pool store next year. 

Shopping with In the Swim has been a nightmare.  I ordered a $1400 pool cover and received a 10 feet too short pool cover.  We even had an owner of a local pool company come and measure our pool to double check our measurements.  It was not our dimensions that were off.  In the Swim does not answer phone calls or emails concerning defective products.  The person we need to talk to is never in the office and when we do talk to someone, we need to roll out a 40 feet pool cover and take pictures.  We have been asked for three different sets of pictures on three different occasions and have still not received our money back or a pool cover that fits!!  In the Swim does not stand by their products or their customers!! 

For Christmas this year we ordered a backyard skating rink from intheswim. Never having used them before i was hesitant. Shipping was soo fast, unfortunatly there was a problem with the liner and had to return it. Since I thought there wouldnt be enough time to return and get a new one for Christmas ( this was a few days b4 Christmas) I returned the item. I can only say that I wish all companys treated their customers so well. Called to initiate the return as the wed site stated and before i could tell the csr rep that it was actually their mistake she said "ok i will email you a fed ex return label for free shipping". Csr was so nice and helpful(i spoke with them on 2 different occasions)and quick. wedsite says credit may take 6 weeks(something like that) and mine went through within 1 week of return! What a company! All others pls take note! Hope to give them my business in the future

I was pleasantly surprised when my purchase was delivered to my home in less than 24 hours.

I ordered a Hayward two-stage pump. InTheSwim's tech support was very helpful. Their top tech actually called me back because he was busy the first time I called in. Their prices are good. The ordering process is easy. The Customer Service group is very responsive and very convenient. They are available long hours. The real test came when I had two Hayward pool pumps that had to be returned (Hayward pump's poor quality is no reflection on InTheSwim...I would avoid Hayward). The Hayward two-stage pumps are special order so I had to wait 3 weeks. It was shipped direct to me from Hayward's distribution center. When I received it, the pump was not packed with any protection and thus was thrown all around and to no surprised, really damaged. The replacement pump did not work...the motor wouldn't turnover. InTheSwim handled the returns magnificantly.  I would recommend them to all my friends.

They advertise 1-day delivery in our area, but this is misleading. The order was not shipped for 2 or 3 days.

Very quick with good prices.

I did buy Borderlines Adhesive tile borders for my faded out pool liner, WOW is all I have to say!!! The new tile looks great my pool looks new again. You are a great company to deal with with super fast service, thanks for recomending the Borderlines.

Finally, a merchant you can trust for superior service and excellent product(s). Even rc'd my order the very next day via UPS. Shipping and Handling were FREE too! Their pricing for the cover to keep the leaves out for the winter was very reasonable. Did an on line search and they were one of the lowest providers for this product. We've made three purchases from In the Swim, the most recent being last week. Each time I was impressed with the quick delivery - last week's order was received in a day and a half (I placed the order around 10pm, lol). They frequently have special offers - $ off or free shipping. Great deals on the opening and closing chemical kits. I highly recommend them for pool and spa needs!!

The website was easy to maneuver and they have an easy checkout and delivery was fast.

Pretty easy to locate proper products (seperated by inground or above ground sections). Good reviews on how products work - good details on chemicals. Free Booklet on pool howtos was helpful. All products arrived on time, as described.

They had to call me and they were very courteous and explained the problem. They were very nice to deal with.

Good products and prices, but watch out for the HUGH $7.99 handling fee on top of the shipping fee. This applies even if you order a simple cheap item.

Order shipped and received within 2 days. Order was shipped complete. Will do business with this vendor again when the season warrants the needs.

THE ADVERTISEMENTS WERE EASY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND. THE PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE. BUT WHEN I CALLED TO HAVE A CUSTOM SAFETY COVER MADE THE INDIVIDUAL ON THE PHONE STATED IF I DID NOT HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 FT CONCRETE ON ALL SIDES OF MY POOL THEY COULD NOT MAKE IT, HOWEVER WHEN I WENT TO ONE OF YOUR COMPETETORS THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE THE SAFETY COVER AND DELIVER IT WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.

It was easy, quick and not too expensive.

It was above average as usual - they are a top rate company.
