NOT very helpful when it came to refund for THEIR Labeling mistake

I'm very allergic to soy, and obviously any products containing soy.
I've known about this allergy for at least 10 years, so I'm very vigilant when it comes to looking for any food products, as well as anything that touches my skin or scalp.
I recently spent 20 minutes or so going over some of their hair care products, and found a shampoo and conditioner that did not have soy listed on their ingredients list. (Nature's Gate Hemp shampoo and the same conditioner).
After receiving the items, and shampooing my hair, and conditioning, I started to notice a burning sensation on my scalp that wouldn't go away!
I decided to check the label, and sure enough, soy was listed as an ingredient on both products. I know that I didn't see it when I ordered, so I went back online, and saw that the manufacturer had different ingredients listed on the bottle, compared to what was being shown on iHerb's website.
When I called iHerb, the rep (Carlos) said that the ingredients had changed for ONE of the products (shampoo), and NOT the conditioner. So now I'm tossing the 2 bottles, because they don't want to admit that they changed the ingredient list and images on both products.
Not very consumer-oriented, and there is nothing that I can do about it, except warn others....
I'll take my business elsewhere, and make sure to take screen-shots of ALL my orders from now on.
