I like the Sunpentown SPT SF-608R Air Purifier Cooler. It works fine. It makes my body cooler in this summer time.

Price advertised on shopping.com was lower than actual price charged by merchant. I specifically chose this merchant because of the price. I feel as if I was lied to by them, and will not use their services again and will let all my friends and co-workers of this bait-and-switch tactic.

The website was confusing and required that I order two fax ink ribbons in one box. As a result I was expecting four ribbons but received only two. I wrote to them to request that they clarify their website (which they did modify but it remains grammatically incorrect), and due to the added cost that I was not expecting I asked them to send me two additional ribbons which I paid for but at their shipping cost. They immediately complied, I received the ribbons right away and I was satisfied with their customer service. However, the ribbons themselves have proved to be of such bad quality that I am going to have to contact them again to request replacements or a refund. I have not had time to do that yet, but when I do, I would like to be able to send in a second survey on this vendor, if possible, to describe my shopping experience. If that is not possible, please be advised that the quality of the products I received was unusable.

My order of inkjet cartridges was on time, purchased at a great price and I will purchase more.

I definitely was impressed about the low price i paid for my laser cartridges which run about $100 a pop or roughly $400(4 different colors. I paid less then half the cost and the delivery time was very quick. I will definitely be buying my printer cartridge from this location in the near future.

Great prices and fast shipping. I haven't tried out the 3rd-party equipment I purchased from them (drum and toner) yet, so I can't speak as to the quality of the merchandise.

I am always hesitant to buy from online vendors. I am always wary of security of credit information. How will I know if someone hacks onto there database and steels my credit card? Does Yahoo keep track of these vendors to follow up to see if they have had any security breaches? Other than this concern, I find it compelling to purchase online because I can save money. I saved over $100.00 by using i-Market. I will by purchasing from them again.
