When I ordered the TV I should have been told me it was out of stock. Also my credit card was billed when I placed the order. I should not have been billed until you had the merchandise. It took about 5 days and three calls to get my money back on my card. I was told they would not process my order if I requested a refund but could not guaranty the TV would ever come in. Why would someone just let a company hold their money in case the item might come in? BAD BUISNESS.

We initially wanted to purchase last years model of the Frigidaire dehumidifier. We received a phone call a few days after our online order, letting us know that product was no longer available. The company was very nice about upgrading our order to the current model at the cheaper price. We had to wait about one extra week for the company to get the new model in, but it was worth it! Thank you. We've had no problems.

I bought a phone from them and I was told it had a ringer control knob.  It didn't so the phone is no use to me.  It has a volume control on the headset but not a adjustable ringer knob.  The ringer is loud and I can not have that in my small apartment.  I specifically bought it because I could turn the ringer off or lower it if I wanted.  I called them over and over about this and they never returned my calls.  After I did finally get a response they tell me they can't return or exchange it. That's not good business over a $25 phone that I was told had a ringer control on it.  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!  They will not work with you if it is there fault the problem happened in the first place.

I did not receive my order because the item was eventually out of stock. I think vendors should not allow shopping cart completions, if the item is not in stock. It should not even be advertised. I didn't get the phone message until the day before a 3 day holiday weekend, so it was not time efficient to wait for a back order.

you're online status said you had this item, called me said did not have but had to Panasonic steam iron had you send me specs via email, I approve the second iron and your company emailed me saying he didn't have it in stock after you called me and said you did have it. then you sent me a 10 dollar item without my approval for the $14 shipping fee added to it I refuse the items sent it back. my experience with your company was not good

The box looked as it had been through a war zone. Even the delivery guy said "uh, if anything is wrong with it, just call the company you ordered it from and they should replace it."

I have never ordered anything from i-Market prior to this purchase, but they offered the best deal. However shortly after owning the product, but sadly after the 30-day window of ownership the product stopped working entirely. We were met with a "too-bad-for-you" Customer service attitude. I will never order another product from i-Market simply because of their lack of customer service. I would have expect better from a company selling a product like this at this price point

There may be advantages to ordering from imarketcity.com, such as their prices and their logistics (order ships exceedingly promptly in my area, just as preceding reviews suggested could be the case). Unfortunately, they use UPS, who couldn't be bothered to deliver my toner cartridge. (I ordered same in advance of the end of the old one's life, so can't attest yet to its quality or reliability). There was a telephone number to call at imarketcity.com, but when I called it, they made no offer to follow up with UPS, much less with me. They demurred one hundred percent from being helpful. I do not recommend ordering from imarketcity.com if you 1) have either had past problems with UPS, who are a union shop with practically no way to discipline workers who treat customers poorly, or 2) hold a considered belief which that your money is best spent (and the printer does have four cartridges, three above and beyond the one that imarketcity.com supplied) on merchants who demonstrably value such things as goodwill and return business.

Ordered Soleus PH4-12R-01 on 6-24-09.  Unit received on 6-30-09 was defective, which I found out 7-4-09.  Contacted i-Market 7-6-09.  They said they were shipping a replacement.  Contacted them 7-10-09, they said they had failed to but would then.  Contacted them again today, 7-15-09, and they said the same thing.  With shipping, I paid $545 for the unit.  It has been 3 weeks since I ordered it and still do not have a working unit and won't for several days even if they actually do ship it today.

They were very fast responding to my questions prior to placing the order. Shipping was fast. But the HP laser cartridges they sent me DO NOT work. They are not just refurbished, they are useless. $158 WASTED. Do not buy from them, it's a scam. I sent them several e-mails regarding this problem, and yet to receive any acknowledgement.

Ordered non-oem laser jet toner cartridges and drum. I chose I-Market because they offered a three year warranty, stated that they replaced the on-cartridge chip with a new one, and was only about $25 more for the set than the cheapest online site with only a one year warranty as well as not stating whether they replaced the on-cartridge chip or not. Ordered merchandise on Thursday evening after business hours, arrived at my door on the following Wednesday. Everything works excellently and the cartridges look exactly the same as OEM, with less than half the overall price. Would definitely do business again. I do need to contact them about whether they take the used cartridges for recycling or not.

I was needing solid ink sticks for Xerox 8560 and iMarket was the cheapest but the manufacture was not listed on the product page. I called and the sales person that answered the phone had to ask the purchasing agent and his reply was he didn't know. Boy they have a real problem when they need to order stock if they don't know who to order from unless they read my hint below.(What are they hiding)

BEWARE: For your information they are only three manufactures of quality ink for this printer, Xerox.com, Media Sciences.com, and SuppliesExpert.com in the world & they will repair or replace your printer if damaged by their ink. If you go to Media Sciences they are not listed as a supplier so at the cheap price they have listed I sure Xerox or Supplies Expert is not the supplier. This printer is too expensive to chance cheap ink that will ruin the printer head.

Please disregard the delivery rating nothing was ordered.
