Ordered Windows XP Pro upgrade at half the price of anywhere else. They responded quickly to a request for a tracking number and the order arrived four days later as promised. Everything installed fine, but the MS authentication check fails when trying to run updates. This is NOT a tech support issue; it is a product code and cert of authenticity issue. I have emailed them and am hoping for a positive outcome. However, their website is down saying they are in the process of moving. I have a bad feeling and caution people to wait to order to see if they are legitimate.

The store had the best price listed. I received the item within the time specified by the store. They sent me what I paid for with no problems.

Ordered on Sept.2. The sight has good some good deals and is easy to use. You can get several forms of shipping and I will probable use this site again. Relatively fuss-free online shopping at DirectDepot2U. The delivery was made within a reasonable time-frame, and they got the order correct. I experienced good response from the customer service, as I had erroneously supplied the wrong credit card type while ordering. I sent them an e-mail notifying them about it, and they rectified it and replied to me the very next day. Overall, I am satisfied with DirectDepot2U and will shop with the again if ever I need to source for software again. Their prices are also very reasonable.

It was easy to place an order. The product arrived on the day they said it would and they even threw in a little extra bonus (WinXP Pro) because what I ordered (WinME) was no longer available.

The stamped lettering on the "Backup CDs" were a bit amaturish and the directions were clearly not written by a person who speaks English as their first language, but the installation was flawless.

On March 22,2005 I purchased MS Publisher2002 OEM from this place. The price was $52.88 plus $9.00 shipping. Imagine $9.00 to send out a CD mailer. I figured for $9.00 it would be boxed at least. No just a single CD mailer. That was the first joke. I installed the software and when asked for the product code, that you were not supposed to need, I entered the one they supplied on the CD. Joke #2 The code does not match and the install quits. The final joke came when I tried to contact them for some of their PROMPT SERVICE. Three times I tried contacting them on their site email system. To this day I have received no response 06/05/2005. If you visit their site you will notice no phone numbers or mailing address listed. Now I know the reason. Be warned. STAY AWAY from this site.

This was one of the BEST experiences with an e-merchant I have ever had. I needed this item asap but didn't want to pay for expedited shipping. This merchant offered free shipping and they must have sent it out as soon as I put my order in because it came within a few days. Tried to order on line. Software will do complete order. Emailed credit card info and after 3 weeks still no action. The low price must only be a dream. Why do sites list stores that can not deliver? Waste of my time., Gary
