Terrible Customer Service! I will never shop at this store again. Ordered two men's shaving items in January. First item - had to call and have them reship after they said they had an incorrect address. Second item - had to call multiple times for a refund after the item was no longer stocked. It is now the end of April and we are still trying to get a refund. The customer service email does not work - no response. The customer service phone takes an average of 10-15 minutes to get through to a representative.

They're awful!  Placed an order and kept checking the status and for a week it said it was processing.  I finally called and they said it had been shipped but it hadn't.  They ended up having to reship it and it took them 3 days after they finally admitted it had never shipped to reship it again, if they even have.  I got jerked around by at least 3 of their customer service reps.  AWFUL!

I recently ordered a toy piano from digitalphotoclub.com, I received an order confirmation email but no shipping email.  After waiting a few days I emailed the company and they responded quickly with a tracking number.  The item had shipped and arrived very quickly.  The price was very good, the customer service was great and the shipping was fast and reasonably priced.  Would definitely use again.

Ordered product on a Monday paying extra for 3-day delivery.  They did not ship out to UPS until Friday which meant I did not receive product until 9 days later!!!!  Waste of money!!!!!

Unbelievable site - I searched the 'net for a Bushnell scope and found the lowest price - and no tax - at Digital Foto Club.The item was in stock and I selected the 'free shipping' option, figuring that shipping would take at least a week.Well, I paid for it last Monday night and received it this afternoon, Wednesday, less than 42hours later - and with free shipping yet! The price was great and the product arrived in perfect condition, well-packed and brand new. I'll be ordering from them again!

When I ordered a telefoto lens for my camera, they convinced me to also buy 2 different filters.  They sent a lens that didn't work with my camera and two of the same filters. I sent the items back for a credit.  I did not get a full credit because they charged me for shipping although I'd already paid shipping to send the items back.  I called Customer Service repeatedly and had long waits.  It took me 2 days to get through. I do not recommend buying anything from them.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  All I wanted to do was to return an item that I received without the included accessary and then have another one shipped in its place.  I experienced unbelievably long hold times, multiple transferred calls and unanswered emails and voicemails.  It was if no one knew what they were doing or how to help me.  The response to my complaint of unsatisfactory customer service and rudeness was, "I am sorry you feel this way."

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company has NO customer service.  They will tell you they have an item in stock and then make you wait two + weeks and then cancel your order w/o ever notifying you!  They will also try to pull a bait and switch: tell you it is in stock and then when you call to ask the status of the order they will tell you it is not in stock and that they cancelled you order but a more expensive item is available.  

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY if you have to have an item in a particular time frame.  If you need it w/in a year then go ahead and order from here, they will likely be able to get it for you by then.  

If you do decide to buy from them do not pay for expedited shipping b/c it will take them more than two weeks to send you and "in stock" item.  

But remember, their "in stock" message likely means that it is "NOT IN STOCK".

I would not take any chances with this company and go elsewhere even if it costs a few $$ more.

I placed an order about a week before Christmas.  The item I ordered was in stock according to the website.  I chose 2-day shipping and included a note that I would like it to arrive before Christmas and to call me if there was any questions or issues.  I placed the order on Friday morning and, on Monday morning, I received this note:
"The item you ordered has unexpectedly become backordered and unavailable. Your credit card has not been charged and your order has been cancelled, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us."

I received no phone call.  No offer for alternatives.  Nothing.  I will not be ordering from this company again.  Now, I have to go scramble to try to find this product in a store or pay ridiculous prices to have it overnighted from another website.  Awesome.

Also, when I did place the order, all alternative pay options were not functioning correctly despite the fact that both paypal and google checkout were advertised. Neither worked.

Very good experience with Digital Foto Club. Great price, they called to verify that I actually placed the order, and then shipped it out UPS ground. With my next purchase, I'll check their prices and I would do business with them again.

I got fraudulent charges on my credit card shortly after purchasing a camera lens from DFC.  I hadn't used my credit card for half a year and decided to use it to purchase a lens to keep it active.  Two weeks later, I got two separate charges of $1000 that were not made by me.  I can't prove there's a direct link between DFC and the fraud, but I rarely use the card and had never got fraudulent charges on the card before this purchase.  This is my shopping experience, and I would like to share it with everyone.  Be cautious!  If you buy from DFC, use a credit card with excellent fraud protection and watch your account balance like a hawk.  I myself will never buy from DFC again.

Got on the website, found the product I needed, had questions about it and called their Sales Department. The experience was very negative. I was not disrespectful or aggressive but he was rude and when pressed for more information he hung up. I will never go there again and will voice my opinion to all who will listen!

Delivery Speed was excellent, the camera arrived much sooner than expected.
No problems with product accuracy, service was satisfactory.
An international warranty card would have been nice

I'm very satisfied with the purchased I made thru digital foto club. Outstanding service. Definitely will shop here again. I bought a sony under water housing (SPK-HCC) for my video camera it arrived as promised and in excellent condition. Best price compare to others.

Merchant feigned a problem with my credit card to get me to call so as to sell more goods and services.
Then when I insisted they sell me the product, they claimed they forgot to add shipping and wanted another $99 before releasing the order. My confirmation clearly says "free shipping."
This merchant is disreputable and I am disappointed at your failure to do anything about it except say "sorry about that." I will not recommend shopping.com to others.

Great experience. Price was awesome. TV was delivered quickly. Couldn't ask for better service. Only thing I'd suggest is that some work be done on the website. Logging in to my account to check on my purchase didn't always work as advertised.

RUN from this site. I placed an order.. they immediately charged my credit card and when nearly a month had gone by with no product I began TRYING to get in touch with them. The 800 number is a scam.. it told me they were either busy or closed.. so I faxed my request for an update. I also managed to get into a voice mail to leave my information and request some kind of update as to where my order was.
Over the next week I email at least 6 times finally received a tracking number.. only to find the shipment had been "recalled by shipper."
I continued to email.. and never heard from them again. Luckily I had checked out using Google Checkout and contacted them. They, in turn, contacted Buy.com and through their efforts I have finally been refunded my money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I will post this review on every site I can find in hopes of sparing others the hassle I went through.

I've read some bad reviews about this merchant, but, after several purchases over the past couple of years I've had nothing but good service and good value. Considering the number of orders they fill every day there are going to be the occasional issues.

I placed an order on Christmas day. They called the next morning to thank me, verify the order, and offer a special sale item (which I declined). The order was shipped a couple of hours later.

If anyone thinks all American business operates flawlessly they need a reality check. In my experience this one does. I can recommend them without hesitation.

It took 3 full weeks to receive the Sandisk 1GB Digital Card. The digital picture frame I ordered from the sister company (Focus Camera) arrived in one day. The customer service reps were pleasant, and did return calls, although they gave wrong information as to when the card would actually be shipped and arrive. Customer service told me the card would ship on Tuesday, when it did not ship until Wednesday evening. It was only going from Brooklyn to upstate NY and it didn't arrive until Monday. The link between Shopping.com, with whom I placed the original order, broke down and only the frame was ordered. For a while it didn't even show that I had placed the order, although my credit card had been charged immediately.

Website is difficult for browsing, orders are not properly memorized which may result in you having to go through the selection process several times to do a single purchase. Limited Paypal accounts accepted thus forcing you to disclose your credit card info.
Be aware of massive delays to your order shipments with no notice of the reason for up to 3-4 days after initial purchase. Very poor customer service over the phone. Reps are rude and unhelpful treating you more as a suspected criminal than a customer. Bottom line is, how desperate are you to save money.

Placed order on 9/21. Store charged PayPal for the order the same day and then never shipped the order. Contacted customer service who eventually found the lost order and processed it. Customer service was good and very sorry about the mix up. Customer Service said they would expedite the order through and expedite shipping. 4 days later the order arrived UPS ground 2 weeks after the order was originally placed. The error in processing is understood but customer service should have expedited shipping when they said they would. The product arrive in a perfect box but the product packaging inside was badly smashed. Based on my experience with this company in comparison to others I have used in the past I will not be using this company again in the future.

Order sent rapidly and found to be in excellent condition when arrived. Ordered, shipped the next and arrived in two more days. Brand new and packed well. I would recommend their store and will shop there again.
