The user manual that came with my product was horrible, providing the wrong instructions for connecting the headset to the phone. Your customer support (via e-mail) quickly responded to my questions, enabling me to use the product with my phone.

The car charger that ordered wouldn't sync with my phone. I tried numerous times but it wouldn't work. I contacted Cellphone.net to return the item. I requested the address to returnt the item to for a refund, but instead Cellphone.net tried to get me to do an exchange instead. I then had to send another email request before I received the refund request that I asked for. I have purchased from Cellphone.net and was really happy with the items and customer service. However this time around the customer service was subpar.

The store filled my order quickly and shipped it it out just as fast. I would definitely shop here again.
