I was a bit skeptical to make a purchase from the Cell Phone Shop. The prices were so much cheaper than what I could get locally that I figured there must be a "catch". I was extremely pleased with the products, the delivery, and the cost. I have since made additional purchases and have recommended the Cell Phone Shop to my family.

I had missed the area to write the free shipping code in on my order and noticed that I had been charged shipping on my confirmation. One simple phone call and they credited my account the very next day along with an addittional 8% discount. They were great to deal with.

They gave me discounts that I failed to ask for on my intial order. They seemed to care if I was getting good service.

I received what I ordered in 7 days at stated when ordering. It was in good condition and well packaged. The cost was very reasonable.

I had purchased a Nokia 2600 cell phone the first of Nov, 2008. I ordered the 2 chargers for this model within a week of getting my new phone. When I received the chargers, neither plugin fit my model. (The plug was too big.) When I called the customer service department--they informed me that I had the NEW model 2600 and that they did not have the accessories for this model. I therefore had to send back the chargers to California at my cost ($2.07) and would be reimbursed my original order MINUS the shipping charges of $4.99. I then went to a local ATT store and found the correct model numbers from in-store chargers and then went back on-line and ordered these other chargers. My complaint is that the on-line listing should say that the Model number 2600 for my newer Nokia model would not work with the accessories that they list. Another complaint would be that the agent that I got on the phone did not know that they did, in fact, have accessories that DO fit my new Nokia.
