I was looking for an online Beauty Supply merchant that sold the Redken shampoo line and to my surprise I came across Beauty Deals. They have a great selection of high end Shampoo at great discounted prices. The site was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I was looking for.

The product was shipped the same day it was ordered, which was fantastic. Luckily, this company is based in the Bay Area where I reside and I received my order the very next day!

I have placed several orders with Beauty Deals. The prices are great (especially for Dermalogica products), the delivery speed is good. Every order has been accurate. I especially appreciate that they take the extra step to make sure that all products are sealed before they are packed.
I have looked at other sites, but I keep returning to this company's site. I have recommended it to several people - everyone has raved.

I would never shop this store online again. My first experience with them and certainly my last. I ordered from their website the Farouk Chi flat iron and the Transformation system. When I received the package and opened it up, there was only the Transformation system in the box and not the Farouk flat iron. Unfortunately I did not pay attention to the fact that they did not have a phone number listed on their website and no other way to contact them other than email. I sent a few emails to the customer service department telling them that I received only part of my order. They kept telling me that they tracked the order and that it was delivered. I can't tell you how many times I emailed them to tell them I received only part of my order. They still did not get it. Now they ignore my emails. I am now out $150.00!!!!!
