The trays I ordered are the best I have ever had, both in quality and price. I searched for the same size trays on other websites and the prices were astronomical. Was very easy to find what I needed and the ordering process was very easy.

I was impressed with the quality of the flatware, the weight of the pieces and the way they feel in my hand.

Customer service stinks. They wouldn't replace $10 worth of stainless steel flatware - that was stamped with their name/brand - that rusted. The guy in charge said that's what happens when metal gets wet!

Excellent assortment of items. Fair prices. Shipping cost a little high I think, but on par with competition. Will most likely return here for future purchases.
