I was unable to find the size and color of the shoes I was looking for locally and remembered a friend talking about Zappos and pulled up the web site and found the shoe, size and color that I was looking for.($25.00 less than our local store too.) I placed the order Tuesday night and was pleasantly surprised to find the shoes on my door step when I got home Wed afternoon. The gift was opened today (Christmas Day) and they did not disappoint in any way. I loved seeing the core value "be humble" on the box. I have been spreading the word about your great company and service ever since the package arrived in less than 24 hours!!!

Extremely fast service!

I returned my first purchase and have not as yet received a credit on my Visa. I imagine that it's because of the Christmas rush. I ordered again and the the second boots came over night. I'm keeping them and happy with the purchase. I might add that I have a receipt for my return with UPS. I'm waiting now for my credit. Thank you
