I love Zappos.com.  I have purchased lots of times from them.  Their free shipping both ways is so convenient and a great way to save money.  I frequently will purchase multiple items, try on everything and return what I don't want.  Since the return shipping is free, I am not losing money.  They have saved me lots of hours walking through malls and frustration in fitting rooms. 
They have a very large selection of products. 
Many of their clothing products have actual short videos of a person wearing the item.  I find the videos very helpful.  It allows me to see how a fabric lays or drapes on someone's body.  Beyond that, Zappos tells you what the sizes of the person are wearing the piece in the video.  So, I can compare my size to the person in the video and get a pretty good idea of how the item will look on me. 
I find the purchasing steps and the return steps very easy.  They make shopping and returning a breeze. 
The free overnight shipping is incredible.  It is great not to have to wait for my purchases to arrive. 
Their customer support is fantastic.  I had a slow return (1 week to get my money back) on one item that I was concerend about.  So, I emailed customer service and without any questions or grief, a very friendly customer service representative emailed me back with a confirmation of the refund.  The representative was delightful in her email.  I sent a thank you response and received and even more delightful response from another customer service representative.
Most of the time, I can save money by purchasing through Zappos.com.  The free shipping frequently gives the best benefit over any most other online retailers.  Also, they frequently have the same prices that are in the local stores and malls.  The free shipping many times outweighs the cost of gas driving to the store in hopes that the product is in stock or is available in your size.  However, if you are looking for the absolute best price, shop around to make sure.  Sometimes, their prices are a little higher than 6pm.com (which I think is also owned by Zappos, but it is just their products that they are having trouble selling.). 
Zappos.com really makes shopping stressfree. It is one of my favorite places to shop.
