Those who love shoes, must be introduced to Zappos.
What's not to love?  Free, and super fast shipping both way, easy return for one full year (365 days) for unworn merchandise, AWESOME customer service. 

The website:
Very user friendly, easy to maneuver.  You can search as broad as you want, but you can also narrow the choices down as narrow as possible (to size, prize, color, width, heel height, etc).  I think they started off with just shoes, but now they also sell lots of other things, like watches, clothes, bags, etc.  I mainly shop for the shoes.  Now, they not only have multiple views of the item, but they also have a short video presentation of it!  Fantastic!

Delivery speed:
They always offer free delivery (both ordering and returning), by standard shipping (UPS Ground).  From time to time, they would upgrade your shipment to next day delivery (not sure what they use to determine when and who would get this upgraded service - randomly? repeat customers?  "off season"? - would be interesting to find out).  Even for their standard shipping, I always get my order fast - I'd say within 3 working days.

Customer Service:
I rarely had the need to contact their customer service.  But when I did, the service was excellent!  Very friendly, attentive, and efficient.  They definitely put you, as the customer, as their #1 priority.  The excellent service is not only coming from the customer service people, but also from the packing department.  When you receive your package (mostly shoes), you can tell that they were carefully wrapped.  With tender loving care.  :)
