great service, now out of my price range
My experience with Zappos.com has been completely belmish-free. The only complaint I have is the recent change to the affordability of the merchandise - now only designer styles, with matching price tags. Zappos used to be a savior for my size 10 feet. I have always spent countless time at countless stores trying to find a style that was available in my size. On Zappos.com I was able to find any style of shoe in any price range; however, the site underwent major changes to the target customer, and now most everything is out of my budget. Instead of actually shopping on the site I feel I can now only window shop. They still offer the same great service, free shipping and return shipping, no matter how many times it takes to get your order and size right, even if the error is yours. Cutting the shipping costs makes buying a difficult item like shoes worry-free, and the customer service support does not give up until you are 100% satisfied - definitely lacking from most any other retail venue, online or otherwise. I have never had the slightest issue with an order from Zappos and would recommend the site to anyone, so long as their wallet can handle it!
