1 OF 4 ITEMS SENT! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
I ordered 4 items from zales.com the same time I ordered all of my other Christmas items from other on-line stores. Zales.com was actually the first items that I ordered. The order date was Dec. 7th. Today is Dec. 21st and I finally received the shipment and its ONLY 1 of the 4 items I ordered AS OPPOSE TO THE 4 THE INVOICE STATES. As I read on another review, they tried to blame FedEx asking if the package was tampered with. NO IT WAS NOT!!!!! As a matter of fact the amount of bubble packaging that was included with the one item, it was no way 3 other items would have ever been able to fit in the box so I know they failed to ship all my merchandise to begin with. It seems that this has happened numerous times from what I am seeing here. I am so stressed out. I wonder if Zales.com is aware of the stress that they place on people for playing with their money and being so nonchalant about resolving the issues that that their customers experience at their fault. Maybe a class action law suit would help them get their stuff together. I am so disgusted right now. Here it is 4 days before Christmas, I am out of my money behind their mistake and lack of urgency to correct it and I have to now go out in this madness to try and find items to replace the ones Zales.com has robbed me of. I am so angry and disgusted and stressed, I know my pressure has to be sky high. I WILL NEVER EVER do business with Zales.com or Zales again and I will spread the word. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
