I have used Wine Country Gift Baskets Online Store for over two years now, mainly for Christmas gifts, but also for a couple birthday gifts.

You should know that any gifts containing wine can only be sent to these 17 states, by law: AK, CA, DC, HI, IA, ID, IL, LA, MO, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, WA, WV, WY. So if you want to send a wine gift, make sure the state you are sending it to is one of these.

The first time I used them I also choose a gift basket for myself. Hey, why not!? And anyway, that is the best way to see for yourself what the product is really like.

First of all, Wine Country Gift Baskets offer a FABULOUS and IMPRESSIVE presentation. The gifts are as you see them depicted, many or most in very high quality containers and baskets that are embossed, woven, leather, tin, and a wide variety of other types and styles. They are packaged and arrived just as you see them on the website, but with an outer wrapping of cellophane. At least mine was. It looked beautiful I was reluctant to open it! Other recipients I have sent these to have remarked about the beautiful presentation as well.

Now, how about what's inside, you ask? Most of the items are of a small quantity. Some only with a one or two serving. But the quality of each item is very high. Everything was fresh, well packaged, and delicious.

~ Customer Service

The only time I needed to use customer service was on my last order when I forgot to fill out the gift card box. I realized this prior to shipping, fortunately, because I had specified a ship date a week in the future. I called their customer service 800 number, and a helpful fellow answered (with almost no wait time). I explained I needed to add a gift card, and he was able to do that over the phone, and it was all taken care of. I have no complaints with their customer service.

~ Final Thoughts

I'm a very pleased with Wine Country Gifts Baskets. Their gifts are packaged and presented absolutely beautifully. The containers and items inside are of high quality, although some of the items are of a small quantity. Everything has arrived on time, in good condition, and the food items are fresh. I'll be shopping here again!
