The service was great. I needed the product quickly and it arrived with ample time. The bad part is that half or more of the twinkle ribbons didn't work. What would have been a WOW effect was ruined.

there should have been a picture of the item so the customer can see what they look like. I made the wrong assumption they were like other lights. Some work and some don't and I don't really have time to deal with sending them back and placing an order for a different brand.
