I've been shopping with them for years. They have a design element that isn't carried in a lot of stores. Pillow covers, drapery panels, decor items and rugs have all been great. I don't know if I would purchase furniture though. They seem to have a lot of the cheap 'global bazaar' stuff that I see in the discount stores. I have read many reports about bad customer service but my experience has been just the opposite. Only once have I had a problem when an item that I ordered was charged to my cc and then canceled. After e-mailing their customer service deptartment, they were nice enough to make it up to me by sending another similar item at no charge and crediting my cc account. Now, how often do you see that?
If you are looking at a certain item, my only advice would be to wait for it to go on sale. (unless of course, you can't live without it) Their prices are a bit on the high side for the quality of their merchandise. You could probably find the same items for a cheaper price if you are willing to spend a lot of time shopping. For me, the click and ship is just easier.
