Customer Service; terrible. Integrity; non-existent.
Customer Service: Horrible.
I ordered a specifically advertised special price on a computer, and made sure the "specs" on the product, and the price, were correct (copied the advertisement).
The computer delivered to the store appeard to be totally wrong; clerk checked the box info, and my order confirmation, and said, "Yep; that's the computer you ordered."
Took it home, opened the box, and yep, it was nowhere near the computer I ordered. Contacted walmart.com; no answer. Contacted Wamart corp. headquarters via email: problem must be dealt with by the store manager.
Packed it up; back in the trunk; long line in the customer service; wrong line; back into a different line at the back of the store. Won't make good on the advertisement - refund of purchase only. Next day - computer price INCREASE of $300+. Blatant bait-and-switch. Big hassle. Tough luck for the consumer.
Copied the online order; copied the reply; copied the confirmation and price; copied the shipping information with details on the computer specs; copied the notice of arrival. Present all to Walmart. Tough; pack it up; take it back to the store; money back only (after an hour in each "line"); if I "really" want THAT computer? Another $300+.
No way. I'll get an abacus first.
Frustrated, angry customers all over the store; I said, "Wait 'till you purchase something on line!"
