No can do attitude even when thier mistake!! Never again!
After several hours on the phone with walmart.com I would tell everyone to NEVER order from them. I ordered a play kitchen for my daughter for Christmas on Nov 25th!! and on 12/6 I receiived and email saying that they shipped to the wrong store for pick up and they refunded the money, which takes 3-5 business days. They should have contacted me to see what I wanted them to do before crediting my account(and cancelling the order)Well I wanted the kitchen so I called and they said (after talking to several managers) that the only thing they could do was charge me again to get the kitchen shipped in time for Christmas and the kitchen was $15 dollars more and they had to charge my account , but i WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE CREDIT ON my account, which was a checking account for 3-5 BUSINESS days. I would have to repay for the kitchen in order for it to ship on time for Christmas(which of course would happen right away) or before it was out of stock This would be another charge to my checking account. I heard NO and thats all we can do so many times that I don't know how they survive in this economy with this attitude, I gave them alternarive like I would pick it up from a store that had it in stock, I had to call back several times after being HUNG UP on or told thats all we can do. If it is their mistake you would think they would want to fix it without upsetting the CUSTOMER more, Apparently not, I will not EVER shop at Walmart or Walmart.com EVER again!I hope I get my daughters gift before Christmas!
