Too many unexpected delays. Protein arrived in a large clear plastic bad. I was not informed that it was going to arrive in a bag and am not pleased becasue on the website were I bought it, a container with lid was shown. I am VERY disappointing with the whole process and my product.

The item was backordered, but half of the order came promptly. The rest came a few days later.
The lack of tracking on an order is not the merchant's fault. When they USPS (which is a good service) there is virtually no tracking.

The product was back-ordered, has not been available from the manufacturer. It's difficult to judge a company, having had so little contact with them. But so far, I'd say they are doing a good job.
