EXCELLENT Fast/Friendly Service

I needed anti-virus software and shopped brick and mortar stores and all the big online websites to find what I wanted including the Symantec website and either they were horribly expensive, did not have what I wanted or in Symantec's case, they wanted to auto-bill my credit card next year when the anti-virus was up for renewal and that's just unacceptable to me. 

I happened to run across Vio Software after Googling the product I wanted and although I had never heard of them I noted they had good ratings from others for the shopping experience so I decided to give them a try.

I was able to easily find what I wanted and the price was over $20 less than the next cheapest site I'd looked!

The sign up to create an account was brief and uncomplicated and secure. I placed my order and very quickly received an email confirmation. In just a few days I received my software safe and sound. It just doesn't get any easier than that. 

Also, after shopping I wasn't barraged with "spam" type "buy, buy, BUY" emails that sometimes happens after you buy from some online stores.

I love their prices, the friendly communications, the fast, uncomplicated, hassle-free shopping experience. They treated me like a valuable customer and you certainly don't always get that feeling online or in person these days. I will definitely be shopping there again.
