I ordered clawfoot tub package. I received a phone call to answer my e-mail about a 5% discount that was offered if you bought both the tub and required plumbing. I was told that I would receive the discount and that the tub was in stock in PA and the feet to the tub in Las Vegas, NV. Both would be shipped to me, albeit separately and I would receive all within two weeks. I get my credit card statement with the tub package on it, no discount and still no delivery of tub. I called them and was told tub was back-ordered till mid-March! I am in the midst of a major renovation and no one bothered tell me that my "in-stock" tub that was in PA is now on back-order. The person I spoke to said that the person that told me the tub was in stock was currently on the phone and he would call me back. I never received a phone call from him. I called back an hour and a half later I and cancelled my order since no one could tell me why I was told it was in stock and then suddenly was on back order. Several phone calls later I am still waiting for e-mail confirmation that I have cancelled my order. A letter to customer service has gone unanswered. I have ordered from a different company and will stay away from this one. Do the same! I am still waiting for the full credit to appear on my credit card statement as well.
