At first I tried shopping at another site for the knives set, which cost me about $70. Over two months later, I didn't get my order and all of their contact information they offered wasn't efficient. I never received my order and couldn't get money back either. So I stumbled across UnbeatableSale and easily found the same knives set for a MUCH cheaper price in comparison to other competitors that I thought I would get ripped off. But I got my order in three days. All of the knives are in great condition and are well-sharpened. Now I know why it's called UnbeatableSale. I'm very happy with my experience here and will definitely come back the next time I need to do some online shopping.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had online. It makes me weary of shopping anywhere other than Amazon.com

I purchased a model plane from them. Two weeks after the purchase, I still had not received any e-mail update. I begin to wonder why I hadn't recieved anything from them.  They claim to have e-mailed me.  Long story short, they didn't ever know when the product would leave the warehouse and be shipped.
After 3 weeks of the run-around, I requested a full refund. It is now 2 weeks later and I am STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!  

I promise...... I will never purchase anything through them again.  All I can say is-----buyer beware!!!!
