While planning for a trip to Europe this fall, I went to travelsmith.com to order some wrinkle-resistant clothing, etc. I was disappointed that the items were on backorder and the estimated availability would not be in time for our departure date. I sent email to TravelSmith customer service because I had not seen the backorder info before I submitted my order. 'Tammy' at TravelSmith found the items and sent them out immediately. I also received a certificate for $20.00 off my next order, which I intend to use soon ! In a time when ordering online can be a nightmare, the people at TravelSmith value their customers and will make the extra effort to correct any situation.
