Product Misrepresented! (Refurbished NOT New) My Product Review was Censored!!

My TigerDirect Product Review was CENSORED!!!
After reading several reviews on the TigerDirect website regarding misleading product description for the  Samsung laptop that I was interested in buying  I called TigerDirect and spoke to both a sales rep and a customer support to confirm that the laptop was advertised correctly. Based on the reviews I was concerned that the laptop was actually refurbished (and not NEW as described) and also that  the  graphics card model was not the one listed in the product description but was actually a different and inferior model than the one advertised. I was assured that  that the unit was in fact NEW and that it was equipped with the superior  graphics card as advertised.  However, when I received the laptop it was obviously refurbished (It came with the previous user's account still intact, including his preferences and customizations, 3rd party software, previous restore points, Korean language default keyboard, etc, etc). Additionally it had the inferior graphics card and NOT with the model that was advertised.  As other reviewers before me had already expressed these complaints I felt duped for having been persuaded by the TigerDirect customer service and sales representatives with whom I spoke that the reviews were wrong. 
When I called to report the problem the customer service rep said that the laptops were shipped by Samsung and that TigerDirect has no way of knowing what was in the boxes. This excuse is unreasonable considering that the specs on the box are inconsistent with the website description and many customer reviewers have consistantly made similar complaints. 
Last in my order of bad experiences the product review that I submitted to the TigerDirect website never published.  Unfortunately TigerDirect seems to have no interest in either correcting their misrepresentation or in letting their clientelle know about it.
