Advertised and Sold a Discontinued Out of Stock Computer

Friday last week I ordered a Desktop computer (SYX UG-10) from TigerDirect. Having found a laptop for my son on CompUSA's website and  completed that transaction well it seemed fair to give Tiger a shot. 
The computer was listed in stock and I added on Office as well when it was  offered during check out. Wanting to get things moved over from a dead machine here I selected two day shipping. Saturday Tiger's confirmation folks called and we missed each other. Sunday we spoke and I confirmed that things were still set to be delivered on Wednesday.  Wednesday came and the only box to arrive was a small one containing an Office key code.?! Checking the website confirmed that the computer had not even shipped. Calling customer service I was informed that the system was not only out of stock but discontinued. The representative was not sympathetic at all and did not provide a manager when asked. She did however somehow contact the product manager and determine that they were building more. One would be en route to be delivered by Friday. My wife was also upset and called later to have our Two day shipping charges refunded by a manager she was able to get to through another rep. Come Friday I suspect there will not be a computer here based on my experience in this industry. 
I would encourage all to stay clear of this company. There are several out there with much better buisness practices. Perhaps in the future Tiger will clean up its act....
