I ordered a power supply from them - the price was ok. Their basic shipping is extremely slow, unless you pony up the extra money for quicker shipping. Once I got the power supply, ALL the specs are different than what is listed on their website. Their customer service's best reply: send it back for a refund and order another one. Their customer service is quite lacking & does not inspire anything remotely to a 'postive experience'. Replies from them are of the 'canned' response nature.  Fool me once, shame on you - fool me twice, shame on me.

This isn't the first time I have encountered their "inaccuracies" & not the first time I have read about other reviewers complaining about descriptions being incorrect. When you shop a power supply, you shop by specs - it is like buying a corvette and finding out that is has a 4 cylinder engine it in.  Even after being told the specs are incorrect, their website has still not been updated.  90% of their inventory is refurbished junk and/or 'sucker-deals' showing prices after 'mailing in the rebate'. I would rather pay a few bucks more to insure a quality product.  Lesson learned, I'll stick to Newegg from now on.
