DONT ORDER FROM THESE CROOK'S !!!!

I ordered a pair of Boss Marine waketower speakers from Tiger Direct after waiting for 4 days to receive the speakers they finally came I opened the box and guess what only 1 speaker so on a Friday I called them and after waiting for 15 min on hold I finally got through and they apologized and told me they would e-mail their manager and I would receive a response withing 24 to 48 hrs so i wait and Monday comes and no response so I call, again I hold and they gave me a phone number to boss to call and see if they were supposed to be a pair (as if that was my responsibility) so I call and wait time 29 min so i hung up and called tiger direct back and then i was told another e-mail was sent to the manager and i would hear a response within 24 hrs so now its Tuesday and still no response so i check their website and the product description was changed to single instead of pair and I was told that i could either return the speaker for credit or they would sell me a speaker at cost now I'm not sure but I thought when you buy something and get a receipt for a pair you were entitled to a pair now they have lost my business and I can only hope that you all follow my advice to stay away from these crooks.      And BTW I am returning this speaker and will never buy for myself or my business from this company again
