Everything was perfect from the ordering process through the order received. The only reason I won't shop here again is because I doubt I'll need another bike for my son and even if I did, I wouldn't spend that much again. Overall, I would give a 5 star rating.

I needed to call customer service and it took forever to get to an agent. The recording kept saying your wait is five minutes and then it would come on the line and say your wait is now five minutes it was annoying. I had to call back three times. I would wait and wait and wait then finnaly hang up. When I did get through your reps had great customer service!
