Hello - I'm always very happy with everything I order. I've never had a problem with my order but I always know that WEBstaurant is always there to assist me.

The webstraunt store carries a wide variety of products at very affordable prices. Their website is easy to use. Very efficient. I have a regular restraunt supplier that I use but on alot of items the webstraunt store offers better prices even considering the shipping cost.
I signed up for their email notices and they are not frivolous. They offer good values and often prompt me to buy .

I needed a baking stone to improve the quality of my homemade breads.  The WEBrestaurant store had a great price so I ordered it.  I got tracking notification and about four days later the box arrived.  It contained a bag of quality yeast. "hmmm....sample maybe? Notta pizza stone." So I rechecked the order to see if there was another package. Nope.  I emailed them and explained what happened.  One hour later I got an apology and told to keep the yeast.  The stone would be sent ASAP.  Very nice and to me no biggie. It's not the error: it's how we handle them. Mistakes happen and this is just a baking item. The stone was shipped priority overnight! Whoa. Not required and a step above in CS. DON"T HESITATE. 

I ordered several things to open a bagel shop and italian deli.  The Webstaurant store was fantastic.  The prices were great and better than anyone elses.  The packaging was terrific.  Excellent customer service

Very easy to access. Order is always accurate. customer service is great. Shipping and delivery speed is very good. I have never had a problem with this company. I would recommend them to anyone.

This unique site is the best for modern or stainless kitchens . The true do it yourself cook. The food network has nothing on this store.

I have been using the WEBstaurant Online Store for 2 years, and it's great. Great prices, and great quality on everything I've purchased. I run a concession trailer, and a small ice cream/sandwich shop, and the WEBstaurant Online Store has everything I need, with fast delivery.

This is my second order with the WEBstaurant Store. The first experience was very positive for delivery speed, shipping prices, and online help. I ordered "open" signs, Pizza boxes, Aprons, and bar mops. The quality was as expected or better. The Site was easy to navigate and add or remove items from my shopping cart. Customer reviews were helpful in making purchase decisions. There is also a great selection of payment options. They provide helpful hints to reduce costs for shipping and how to find deals. Super! Value and Quality is very important, as these items are being purchased to support our non-profit fundraising activities. Our second purchase consists of hotel pans for our steamers/warmers, grease filters, and paper tray products. Comparison shopping was easy, and they offer monetary credits for writing reviews, submitting photos, and/or videos. I highly recommend the WEBstaurant.

As this is my third order this week, you can expect that I am very pleased with webstaurantstore.com.  I have always received everything exactly as I ordered it and in a timely fashion. 

there should not be a shipping charge for orders over $100.  Many other webstores are doing this.  The company saves money when people buy online, and dont need as much staff.  That should cover shipping!

other than that, I love the store, love the products, great job! I will buy again.

Bad. You would not accept my debit/ credit card because as it turns out my bookeeper's address is associated with this account even though it is Latina Restaurant's  account. He simply gets our statements mailed to him and the bank will only accept one address. I had to change "my" address to "his" on my account with you, to enable this small order with you to be approved .FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

Well-organized site, GREAT prices, simple ordering procedures, and I learned something valuable from the product description of the brass-base reflector lightbulbs I bought.   The reason the bulbs I'd previously used were constantly breaking between the glass and the metal is because non-brass bases tend to oxidize and stick or freeze in the socket.  Who knew?  Thank you, WEBstaurant!  I'm a very satisfied customer!

Great experience, as always!  We have found Webstaurantstore.com to be a good place to buy a lot of our smallware - and many of our larger items for our college foodservice dining.  Shipping is very reasonably priced and fast!  Prices are great, too!  We always check Webstaurant Store before placing orders with anyone else, just to be sure we are getting the best deal.

As always, a good experience. Chat was good, but couldn't help me. You no longer carry the "solo 6PSC-2050 Bare 6 3/4 inch sugar cane plate - compostable 1000/cs. I ordered another plate would have preferred to match what we use since our Church tries to use only compostable grenn items. Thanks CAC.

I love using this site.  I always find what I am looking for, easy to use shopping cart and most of all fast delivery.  I ordered items on a Wednesday and they arrived on Friday and that was simple ground shipping.  Hope you keep up the great work.

I am always pleased with the "Live Chat" option should I have any questions/problems!  Since I am a small business owner my bottomline pricing is very important!  I generally am able to find the products I typically use at a reduced rate from WEBstaurant.

Freight charges seem to add up quickly but I always "bundle" items to help defray the freight charges.  i always use "Common Carrier" rather than a postal service.

I wish there was a way to obtain coupons or special offers for your dedicated customers.

I found the website very easy to navigate.  Originally I had ordered a couple of different brands of flatware to see which one I liked best.  My order was shipped to me very quickly.  Because of that I was able to make a  decision and place the order for the amount of flatware I needed in the desired pattern w/o having any fears.  I suspect my new order will be shipped to me in the same efficient manner.  Thank you!
