Don't buy furniture from Land of Nod...Poor Quality

For a store affiliated with Crate and Barrel I expected better quality furniture!!  I did a lot of research on bedroom furniture and everything I read about their furniture was awesome.  Little did I know they DO NOT PRINT ANY REVIEWS THAT ARE LESS THAN 3 STARS!!!!  We ordered a full size bed, guard rails, dresser, and side tables.  They had to replace the dresser because the drawers shook way to much when you opened them.  They're customer service is fantastic they dealt with my issues very professionally but I had A LOT OF ISSUES!  Besides the dresser, they called a day or two before saying that the bed frame was sent with missing pieces and they would be FedExing those pieces so that it arrived in time for the delivery men to assemble the bed but it never came.  When it did finally arrived my husband tried to put everything together only to realise they didn't send all the necessary hardware to assemble the bed.  They finally sent all the hardware so that everything could be assembled.  This whole process took about 3 weeks since original furniture arrival date.  Since they don't print reviews that are less than 3 starts we posted a video of how flimsy their dresser was.  I also ordered metal locker baskets which had chipped paint in the corners.  Customer service replaced them immediately.  I wrote my less than steller review and was promised it would be posted but it never was.  Apparently they have some sort of company the reads all the reviews and posts the ones it likes therefore misleading their customers.  If I had to do it all over again I would never have ordered from Land of Nod knowing what I know now.
The furniture does it's job for a 3-year old's bedroom but we'll eventually have to replace it.  My hope was to buy something that would last my daughter into her tween years.  So not going to happen!
