The reason I answered N/A to questions 4 and 5 is because there was no need for me to call customer service nor for me to follow the progress of my order because my books were shipped so fast and I had no problem ordering my books online to have to call customer service or to have to track the progress of the shipping. I had a crisis with another website where the seller had to refund my money because the book could not be shipped and I needed the book for a class that started in two days. I purchased a used study guide and it arrived with answers written in throughout. I didn't expect that as before I've bought used books which have highlighting but not written in throughout. Now I know better. Otherwise great service overall.

I shipped back my text for their guaranteed buyback, my text with the disk was packed and shipped by the UPS store here in Minot ND their number is (701) 838-7870.

They claim I didnt include the disk and wont give me a dime or my text so that I can resell it.

this is not my first time, the books always come quickly and are less expensive than the scool bookstore.

Found the books I needed and had a great buy back option.

I did extensive research in finding the best company for buying text books. This is by far the best. The guaranteed buy back policy was just the icing on the cake. I will use this company exclusively in the future. I ordered the wrong book last semester, and it was extremely easy and painless to return it, and get all of my money back. It was nice to see that some companies still take customer service seriously.

I received a textbook that was used but, it was did not have the necessary cd that came with the book that I need for my class. My class has already started so I am stuck at this point. There was also pages torn out that I needed for class assignment. Example forms that I will need to use as practice.... The book had been written in and highlighted throughout. Not happy paying what I paid and receiving what I got.

The University I attend often issues e-books for the courses I am taking. E-books are okay on occasion but sometimes it is better to have a hard copy of the textbook. I find this store offers the textbooks I need at a reasonable price.
