This is the 2nd pair of sunglasses have purchased for grandson. He loves them, but has a slight problem with items developing "legs". Hopefully he'll be better with problem as he advances!

I placed my order online Monday night. I would expect the order to ship the following day in the afternoon at the very least, but it didn't make it out until Wednesday night. I think when it comes to a simple order like string that is in stock it should be mailed out the very next day. Or if the order is placed by 11:00 it should be mailed out the same day. Folks who order strings usually string their own racquets and need string sent in a timely fashion. If you really do value customer service and want to excel the either meet or exceed expectations. Also, on the email you send out the tracking goes to Fedex. When the item was mailed via USPS...ultra confusing!!!! Why can't you just have direct link to the tracking info??? Is it really that hard to do???? The last time I ordered string it was mailed out in a timely fashion, however, this time was just not acceptable. With all your commercials I'd expect an improvement not a decline.

Great delivery speed, I had my shoes within 2 days, customer service rep was super knowledgeable about the shoes as I was unsure about spending $120 on a pair of shoes.

Tennis Express online Store has the most horrible customer service and business reputation. 

I saw they had a sale on Babolat racquet online for quiet a while. We have 4 other brand racquets for my boy already.  I wasn't going to buy one, but when I went online again after a day's waiting, it was still on sale, so I ordered two and Tennis Express emailed me order confirmations.  My boy was so excited and couldn't wait for the shippment to arrive, but they simply canceled my online order by saying that they made a mistake online, this racquet shouldn't be on sale.  If I still wanted the racquet then I have to pay the full price before the sale.  I can't believe they breached the contract just like that even without an apology!

What kind business is this?  I am very disappointed, totally unsatisfied and obsalutely will not recommend to any of our tennis friends to buy from Tennis Express.

Last week, I ordered the new Adidas Barricade V tennis shoes. I couldn't really make up my mind but the customer service rep, really help me decide. She was extremely knowledgable about the shoe's technology which helped me to determine of shelling out the money for the shoes.

She then took my order over the phone and within two days I was wearing the new shoes on the court.

I strongly recommend shopping here. I was really impressed by how knowledgable and professional their sales people are.

Absolute joke of a company. I made an order on Dec. 19th for a $1,400 tennis ball machine. The website gave us an option to have it overnighted for $95. The day before christmas they call and say that the product will arrive on the 5th of january and the shipping will be $350. The customer service manager couldn't understand why we expected a ball machine a week ago for the stated shipping price of $95. His only compromise was to double the shipping or cancel the order. We canceled the order.

I had a fantastic experience with them...I have had horrible experiences with several online stores, but this one was a real gem!
I called their store,(they have a 800 line for orders, toll for questions--didn't matter, I used my cell phone anyway.) and they were very helpful, had specialists telling me about the racquets.  I like Prince raquets, and have for 2 decades, and went ahead and bought a clearance raquet for like $56, and a Wilson bag that holds 6  raquets, all on clearance--that for $29.  Plus I got free shipping!  Real plus!
When I received the package, like 3 or 4 days later, everything was perfect!  The bag fits all of my racquets, plus, my family's racquets as well.--Don't forget the balls!
Overall excellent experience, don't buy racquets every day, but if I did, I would defintely shop there again, and will for other items.

Gerat Job! The on-line shopping tool was great. I searched for the exact item I needed and was able to order very easily. They even shipping my items same day. What a pleasant surprise. I will definatley buy again.

Item was damaged upon receipt. Notified customer service by phone and was told a replacement would be shipped. When it didn't arrive I called again and was given the same story but still no replacement. I am now disputing the charge through my credit card company.
